Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a heating and fixing roller in one body with high strength, by forming the shaft inner diameter into accurate size with a simple processing without boring process, through reduced drawing with a metallic pipe extruded in a die open hole the tip of which is formed in bell mouth. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 14 having equal outer diameter to the inner diameter of a shaft 13 of a heating and fixing roll 12 is fixed to a die holder 11 having channel shaped cross section, and a die 15 is inserted to the die holder 11 concentrically with the mandrel 14. The tip of molding open hole of the die 15 has a bell mouth 16, and parts other than the tip have parallel gap 17 with the mandrel 14. When a metallic pipe used for the roll 12 is extruded in the open hole of the die by coinciding the shaft center, the pipe is extruded into a shape having a slope 18 of cone shape and a shaft 13, through reduced drawing along the bell mouth 16. As required, the reduced drawing is made again and the slope 18 can be drawn vertically to the shaft.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a transmission-type microwave moisture measuring device, which comprises a microwave transmitter and a microwave receiver which are arranged parallelly. An included angle between a bell mouth of the microwave transmitter and a plane of a measured object is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 30 degrees, and then microwaves reflected by the measured object can be deviated from the bell mouth of the microwave transmitter, thereby avoiding microwave interference, and guaranteeing accuracy, sensitivity and reliability of moisture measurement. For the purpose of guaranteeing microwaves penetrating through the measured object to be received by the microwave receiver basically, the diameter of a bell mouth of the microwave receiver is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the bell mouth of the microwave transmitter, thereby further increasing accuracy, sensitivity and reliability of measurement. The transmission-type microwave moisture measuring device applies microwave measurement into on-line measurement of moisture of measured objects and production actuality, realizes controlling the device, and has certain practical significance for guaranteeing product quality, saving energy sources and improving benefits of industries.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical shaft pump and an installation method thereof capable of installing the pump with a small capacity of crane hoisting ability. SOLUTION: This vertical pump is structured by assembling units such as a suction bell mouth 10, an impeller 13 and a lower shaft 14 with an overhead traveling crane 67. A holding rod 100 for hoisting the vertical pump in relation to the floor 75 and connected to the lowest suction bell mouth 10 at a lower end thereof is fitted to the vertical pump under the assembling. Length of the holding rod 100 is extended downward as the vertical pump is assembled to lower the assembled part.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit-type suction bell-mouth which can be aimed to decrease the weight of pump and load of thrust, so as to make countermeasure for vortex and to inhibit vibration. SOLUTION: To set up a straightening vane 15, which supports the weight of pump, is put under side of the suction bell-mouth 11 to make them as one unit, then a thrust bearing 29 which supports a shaft 73 of a pump impeller 70 is set up at the center of the unit. To provide a fluid supply mechanism, having a structure for injecting fluid (for example air) from a nozzle 15a, is provided in the straightening vane 15.
