TL;DR: In this paper, a laboratory liquid detection dispersal system consisting of several disperse devices which are connected together through a material pipe is described. Each dispersal device contains an internal sprayer nozzle and an external fluid cylinder.
Abstract: The invention relates to a laboratory liquid detection disperse system which comprises several disperse devices which are connected together through a material pipe. Each disperse device contains an internal sprayer nozzle and an external fluid cylinder. One end of the sprayer nozzle has a bell mouth structure, and the other end of the sprayer nozzle is communicated with the material pipe and a material mixing pipe. The tube wall which forms the bell mouth is provided with several disperse holes which penetrate the tube wall. The circumferential edge of a free end of the bell mouth and the inner wall of the fluid cylinder can be sealingly arranged together. By cooperatively using the sprayer nozzle with the bell mouth structure and the fluid cylinder, a dispersed object in the material pipe can be dispersed out through a fluid inside the fluid cylinder. The disperse effect is good, and large-scale agitating-type perturbance will not be generated to other fluids in the disperse space. Dense arrangement of the disperse holes is helpful for uniform dispersion. By integrating the several disperse devices on a material pipe, targeted dispersion can be carried out on an object with a specific shape.

TL;DR: In this article, a highly efficient vortex fan capable of collection and discharge is proposed, which consists of a housing having an inlet formed in an upper portion and an outlet formed in a lower portion, wherein air is introduced to the inlet and the air is discharged to the outlet.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a highly efficient vortex fan capable of collection and discharge. The highly efficient vortex fan comprises: a housing having an inlet formed in an upper portion and an outlet formed in a lower portion, wherein air is introduced to the inlet and the air is discharged to the outlet; a motor provided inside the housing to provide a rotational force; a rotational shaft receiving the rotational force from the motor to be rotated; a suction blade installed in an end of the rotational shaft to be rotated with the rotational shaft together; a bell mouth guiding the external air to the outlet; and a vortex blade rotated with the bell mouth together. Therefore, the present invention can significantly reduce noise to provide ease of use of a product for users.

TL;DR: In this article, a taper drill bit is selected according to the size of the bell mouth orifices and the diameter of the bore diameter, and the result is written into a program to make a PCB bell mouth.
Abstract: A PCB bell mouth manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1, selecting a taper drill bit according to the bell mouth sizes; 2, calculating a drilling depth according to the client required bell mouth orifices bore diameter, and writing the result into a bell mouth boring program; 3, working in order according to a routine boring flow: a, mounting a joist plate; b, planting pins; c, loading a backing plate; d, loading a drilled plate; e, covering an aluminium sheet and pasting a gummed paper; f, starting a machine part mushroom head to press the aluminium sheet; g, covering a cold punching plate and using a gummed paper to firmly paste on same; 4, using an universal meter to confirm the aluminium sheet is connected with a drilling crew table top, and ensuring the unique coupling conduction portion between the aluminium sheet and the drilling crew table top is the mushroom head; 5, boring. The method calculates the drilling depth according to the tapper drilling bit angle and inputs the program, and the drilling crew can automatically make the bell mouth; the method is high in efficiency, and can make the precise bell mouths.

TL;DR: In this article, a detailed measurement campaign is performed in which the development of and the effects on a velocity profile in the suction pipe of a vertically submersible pump is investigated.
Abstract: A detailed measurement campaign is performed in which the development of and the effects on a velocity profile in the suction pipe of a vertically submersible pump is investigated. The measurements are performed in a scale model of a simple pumping station of which the dimensions are based on the ANSI/HI 9.8-2012 guidelines. It was observed that the spatial deviation decreases significantly with a small increase in the measurement height. Apart from generally accepted modifications such as splitters, fillings, curtain walls and baffles, modifications to the main dimensions (such as bottom clearance, water level and discharge) have been tested as well. The investigation showed that the acceptability as defined in the HIS standard (HIS 2012) of a velocity profile is not significantly influenced by these modifications (if well-designed). Some modifications have a local effect on the velocity profile only, while the positions with the largest spatial deviation, which determine the acceptability of the spatial...

TL;DR: The burner assembly consists of a cylinder which houses the burners at one end and which opens into a bell mouth at the other, the bell mouth being the discharge end of the burning fuel as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: The burner assembly consists of a cylinder which houses the burners at one end and which opens into a bell mouth at the other. The bell mouth being the discharge end of the burning fuel. The combustion air is allowed to pass down the outside of the cylindrical housing, where it becomes preheated. The central burner takes its fuel from the feed pipe (46). The atomiser (44) is fitted with an air jet operated sprayer which rotates inside the atomiser causing the fuel to rotate with it, thus accelerating the atomisation. Additional air or fuel may be brought in through auxiliary supplies. The burner may be used for fuels which normally do not but efficiently.
