Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suction having high efficiency without generating turbulent flow in a suction port and a bell mouth, by suspending the tip of a screw impeller to the connecting part of the bell mouth, and expanding the suction port through a process of cutting the center side on the tip of the suspended impeller. SOLUTION: With rotation of a screw impeller 1, vortex is generated near a bell mouth 5, or the generation is restrained by a protrusion 5c, and water in which vortex is restrained is allowed to smoothly flow from a suction port 5a of the bell mouth 5 into the bell mouth 5 along a straightening ring 5b. That is, the water is straightening by the straightening ring 5b and allowed to smoothly flow along the inner surface of the bell mouth 5, and suction having high efficiency can be performed. Since the tip of the screw impeller 1 is suspended to the upper end of the bell mouth, and also since a wide suction port 1c is formed by cutting the center side on the tip of the screw impeller 1, water is sufficiently fed to the center part of the impeller on which suction force is formerly decreased, and efficient pumping can be performed.

The inner-partition ventilation anti-blocking water drainage pipe fitting comprises a pipeline fitting main body and three bell mouths, wherein the outer diameter of the pipeline fitting main body is larger than those of the three bell mouths; one end of the first bell mouth is connected with one end of the pipeline fitting main body through a first connecting body; the second bell mouth is connected with the other end of the pipeline fitting main body through a second connecting body; the third bell mouth is arranged in middle of the pipeline fitting main body and communicated with the pipeline fitting main body; an inner partition is arranged in the pipeline fitting main body; the inner-partition ventilation anti-blocking water drainage pipe fitting further comprises a sewage discharge opening and a sealing cover; one end of the sewage discharge opening is connected with the middle of the pipeline fitting main body through a circular arc; an external thread is formed in the other end of the sewage discharge opening; an internal thread matched with the external thread is formed in the sealing cover; the sealing cover is in threaded connection with the other end of the sewage discharge opening; a first water flow channel formed by the first bell mouth, one side of the inner partition and the second bell mouth is shaped like Chinese character yi; a second water flow channel formed by the third bell mouth, the other side of the inner partition and the second bell mouth takes the shape of L rotating by 90 degrees clockwise.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce driving force for generating an air flow by reducing the generation quantity of vortex discharge sound by making the size or discharge cycle of a discharge vortex random, by providing a taper flange opened outwardly to the end part of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A wind tunnel main body 1 is a long square-shape pipeline wherein a measuring chamber 4 is an open space, and a nozzle 10 and a bell mouth 5 are provided to both end parts in just opposed relationship. The air flow from an axial flow blower 2 is blown out from the nozzle 10 while guided by the first and second corner vanes 3a, 3b and enters the pipeline to the guided by the third and fourth corner vanes 3c, 3d to be refluxed. The nozzle 10 consists of a straight part 11 having a rectangular cross-section and the flange part 12 provided to the end part thereof. By setting the outwardly opened angle alphaof the flange part 12 to 30-60 deg., the size or discharge cycle of the vortex discharged from the straight part 11 is randomized.
