Abstract: This fan motor vibration-proof structure for air conditioners is equipped with: a body which has a suction port at the top thereof and a blowout port at the bottom thereof; and a propeller fan assembly which is disposed at an upper portion within the body, and blows out the air sucked in from the suction port to the blowout port. The propeller fan assembly has a propeller fan, a fan motor driving the propeller fan, and a bell mouth body. The bell mouth body has: a cylindrical bell mouth portion surrounding the propeller fan; a fan motor fixing portion disposed at the center of the bell mouth portion; a coupling portion that couples the bell mouth portion and the fan motor fixing portion; and mounting portions for mounting the propeller fan assembly. The fan motor is fixed to the fan motor fixing portion of the bell mouth body and the propeller fan, and is formed integrally therewith. The propeller fan assembly is mounted, at the mounting portions, with three or more vibration-proof members interposed therebetween, to a member of the body to which the propeller fan assembly is mounted.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling air duct for refrigerator is provided to increase the amount of cooling air being introduced into the refrigerator by preventing generation of vortex. CONSTITUTION: A cooling air duct comprises a rear cover(11) having a predetermined thickness, and a front cover attached to the rear cover. The rear cover has a bottom surface(14) recessed into a predetermined depth from an upper surface(13) of the rear cover so as to form a predetermined space. The bottom surface accommodates a bell mouth(15) for introducing the cooling air into the space, and a guide member for changing the flow of the cooling air introduced into the space through the bell mouth. A vortex preventing structure(19) is arranged at the bottom surface, in such a manner that the vortex preventing structure is lower than the lower end of the guide member, with the bell mouth interposed between the guide member and the vortex preventing structure. The vortex preventing structure prevents generation of vortex of the cooling air being guided by the guide member.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a compressor air suction silencer which comprises an air inlet channel for entering of the refrigerant, a silencer cavity, an air outlet channel and a part which is connected between the air outlet channel and the cylinder cover. The utility model is characterized in that the silencer cavity is composed of a cavity cover and an air suction cavity. The air suction cavity is provided with an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel. The front end of the air inlet channel is an air inlet opening with shape of bell mouth. The air suction cavity, the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel are a whole component. The cavity cover and the air suction cavity are welded and fixed through ultrasonic and are sealed and connected together. The versatility and noise reducing effect of the compressor air suction silencer according to the utility model are equally better than the existing silencer. The performance coefficient of the compressor can be effectively increased, and the problem of air leakage in the silencer with an upper-and-down connecting structure is avoided.
