Abstract: The utility model discloses a measure utensil of examining of fork axial cone angle of spot hole degree, including base and bell mouth detection piece, the bevel protractor has been put to the upper surface of base to fixed two side by side the locating pieces that are equipped with, the top of each locating piece is equipped with the tight piece in movable top, the bell mouth detects the piece and is rectangular form, and the lower part is equipped with the fork axle through -hole that transversely runs through, and the inside of bell mouth detection piece is equipped with and pitches the communicating vertical slide of lateral wall of a through -hole, and the slide is inside to be equipped with movable gauge head, and the upper end of slide is equipped with the handle of being connected with the gauge head. The utility model discloses, to pitch in the fork axle through -hole that penetrates bell mouth detection piece to aim at the epaxial bell mouth of fork and the top is tight with the gauge head, makes the bell mouth detect the piece along with the deflection that the axle produced the angle is pitched relatively to the gauge head, recycle the bevel protractor measure the skew angle can, convenient to use need not artifical meticulous adjustment, convenient to use, and the accuracy is high, can detect extensive applicability on the spot.

The device comprises a casting machine, a centrifugal main machine and a tube drawing machine, and is characterized by further comprising a lifting machine and a connecting tube weighing device, the casting machine is matched with the centrifugal main machine, the centrifugal main machine is matched with the tube drawing machine, the tube drawing machine is matched with the lifting machine, and the lifting machine is matched withthe connecting tube weighing device; the lifter comprises a bell mouth riding wheel assembly, a spigot riding wheel assembly, a bell mouth lifting device and a spigot lifting device, and the bell mouth riding wheel assembly and the spigot riding wheel assembly are installed on the bell mouth lifting device and the spigot lifting device respectively. When a pipe fitting with the pipe diameter ranging from 400 mm to 800 mm or from 800 mm to 1200 mm is transferred through the lifter of the centrifugal pipe casting machine, the pipe fitting can be made to rotate through the bell mouth riding wheel assembly and the spigot riding wheel assembly in the transferring process, and the situation of ellipse is avoided.

Bell mouth 8 is closed from beneath and is provided in its narrow portion with Venturi nozzle 9 whose inlet portion is directed to medium interface 6. Located above bell mouth 8 is grid 10, entrainment trap 11 and steam discharge branch pipe 5; lower portion of bell mouth 8 intended for water accumulation is brought in communication with space above medium interface 6 by means of drain branch pipe 13. Water free of overheating and gases is discharged from housing 1 via branch pipe 4. EFFECT: reduction of corrosivity of water through increased depth of deaeration. 1 dwg

Abstract: The present invention relates to a swirl-type ventilator, and more specifically, a swirl-type fan ventilator, wherein a swirler fan has a rotary plate and blades and generates swirl by the rotation thereof so as to induce a pressure difference and the air flow direction, thereby rapidly and efficiently introducing the air including external pollution sources or the like into a housing. The introduced air of the pollution sources rapidly and easily moves in the direction of an exhaust pipe by a suction fan which is provided on the same shaft as a fixed bell mouth and rotates so as to maximize the exhaust efficiency. The outside edge of the bell mouth is a curved surface which is curved in the direction of the swirler fan and the inside edge thereof forms a curved surface which is curved in the direction of the suction fan so as to increase the flow speed. Stepped portions in the height direction and the thickness direction are formed so as to facilitate the generation of the swirl and guides are provided to the outer walls of the blades of the swirler fan such that the air including the pollution sources or the like and partially dispersed by the rotation force of the blades is introduced into the housing. The swirl-type fan ventilator, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing formed in a hollow shape and having an inner diameter larger at one side end portion than the other side end portion; a motor provided to the inside of the housing; a cylindrical rotation shaft provided to the motor; the swirler fan including a rotation plate provided to the rotation shaft so as to rotate and a plurality of blades disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the rotation plate and fixed in an erected state; a bell mouth surrounding the swirler fan at the lower portion of the swirler fan; and a suction fan which is provided to the rotation shaft so as to rotate, is provided at the lower portion of the bell mouth, and is formed from the combination of a plurality of individual blades which are turned at a predetermined angle with respect to a radial direction.

The rotating bell mouth device comprises a base installed on the foundation, a stand column in rotating connection with the base and a bell mouth fixedly installed at the upper end of the stand column. The bell mouth is connected with the rotating base arranged on the outlet of the rolling mill through a fixing pin. The rotating bell mouth device has the advantages of being compact in structure and convenient to detach and install fixedly, reducing operation difficulty and saving operation time, the horn mouth is separated from the rolling mill, fixed on the foundation through the stand column and the base and connected with the rolling mill through the fixing pin.
