Abstract: The utility model relates to a bell mouth structure of a ductile cast-iron pipe with DN1800mm, wherein, the bell mouth structure comprises a bell mouth of the ductile cast-iron pipe and a rubber ring; the external diameter of a pipe body of the ductile cast-iron pipe is DN1800mm, a check ring is arranged inside the bell mouth end of the pipe body, and an external circular arc transits in a smooth manner; a first groove, a second groove and a third groove which are formed towards to the inner part of a wall continuously are formed on an inner wall inside the check ring; the first groove, the second groove and the third groove are in the shape of steps; the diameters of the first groove, the second groove and the third groove are decreased gradually; the rubber ring which is embedded in the first groove and the second groove comprises a hard seat and a soft head; the rubber ring is provided with a horn-shaped inner hole; an outer bulge ring is arranged on the hard seat and embedded in the first groove; and the soft head is provided with an outer cylindrical surface which is embedded in the second groove. The bell mouth structure solves the technical difficult problem that the ductile cast-iron pipe with the caliber greater than DN1600 cannot adopt a T-shaped interface.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a solution directional concentration adjusting system. The system comprises a plurality of spraying pipes which are connected together through a material pipe, wherein each spraying pipe is provided with at least one bell mouth structure; each bell mouth is correspondingly provided with a sealing cover capable of sealing the end opening of the bell mouth; the bell mouth structures face the outer sides of the corresponding spraying pipes; a plurality of dispersing holes penetrating through pipe walls are formed in the pipe walls consisting the bell mouths; the material pipe is communicated to the inner cavities of the spraying pipes. Due to the fact that the spraying pipes with the bell mouth structures are matched with the sealing covers to be used, dispersed materials in the material pipe can be scattered by the inner cavities of the bell mouths to be dispersed and then are discharged through the dispersing holes, the dispersion effect is good, large scale of stirring type disturbance to other fluid in a dispersing space is not caused, and uniform dispersion is facilitated by dense distribution of the dispersing holes; the structure that the dispersing holes are formed in the sealing cover better facilitates uniform dispersing and concentration regulation; the spraying pipes are connected to the same material pipe, so that a large range of concentration regulation and dispersing are facilitated.

In the casing 8, a lower layer scroll part 14 which houses a fan 50 for lower layer ventilation is provided so as to be spaced apart from the bottom wall part 8a in an upward direction. Further, a lower layer bell mouth formation member 60 forming a lower layer bell mouth port 61a communicating with the interior of the lower layer scroll part 14 is provided. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet pump capable of shortening a time required for remodeling, and improving efficiency. SOLUTION: This jet pump 10 includes a nozzle 11, a bell mouth 12, a throat 13 including an upper throat 13A and a lower throat 13B, and a diffuser 17. The upper throat 13A is bonded to the lower end of the bell mouth 12. In the lower throat 13B, a fitting part 28 is formed on the upper end, and a channel enlargement part 14 and a tapered part 15 are provided on the lower end. The tapered part 15 is connected to the lower end of the channel enlargement part 14, and a channel area is reduced gradually toward the lower end. In the diffuser 17, a fitting part 18 is formed on the upper end. The tapered part 15 is fitted into the fitting part 18 of the diffuser 17. The upper end of the fitting part 18 has a contact with the whole periphery of the tapered part 15, and the lower throat 13B and the diffuser 17 are sealed. Abstract: The utility model discloses a production line air exhausting device. The production line air exhausting device is mounted by being coordinated with a production line operating platform, and comprises an air sucking assembly and an air blowing assembly; the air sucking assembly is mounted on the side above the operating platform; the air blowing assembly is positioned on the other side of the operating platform, and opposite to the air sucking assembly; the air blowing assembly comprises a hollow air blowing pipe and an air blowing power source; an air-out seam is formed in one side, relative to the air sucking assembly, of the air blowing pipe so as to form an air curtain type air outlet structure. According the addition of the air blowing equipment, an air curtain is formed, the size of an air sucking bell mouth needs to cover the range of the air curtain, that is the air curtain blows volatile gas to the bell mouth, and does not exceed the range of the bell mouth; meanwhile, the air blowing amount of the air curtain needs to be slightly smaller than the air sucking amount of the bell mouth, so that the problem that the volatile gas is hard to effectively exhaust after glue coated or glue dipped products are placed on a big platform surface is solved.
