The noise reduction device for the outlet of the ship drainage pipeline comprises a bell mouth-shaped diverging flow guide pipe. Airfoil profile rectification pillars are arranged at intervals along the peripheral direction of the bell mouth-shaped end face of the bell mouth-shaped diverging flow guide pipe and the other ends of the airfoil profile rectification pillars are connected with a top plate so as to form a radial water outlet; and a vibration absorption spreader is arranged at the position on the inner surface of the top plate, which corresponds to a bell mouth of the diverging flow guide pipe. According to the utility model, axial water flow of the drainage pipeline is converted into a radial run, axial seawater is avoided directly rushing out of a side, the flow rate and fluid jet noise are reduced, a seawater fluctuating force also can be adsorbed and noise is reduced; the vibration absorption spreader can adsorb fluid impact; and the airfoil profile rectification pillars are airfoil profile line-type structures with excellent hydrodynamic performance, formation of seawater vortex of a pipe orifice can be effectively controlled, the vortex size is controlled by regulating the number of the rectification pillars and the flow field is homogenized, so that drainage noise is further reduced. The noise reduction effect of the noise reduction device reaches about 5dB, i.e. radiation noise energy is attenuated to 30 percent of original radiation noise energy.

Abstract: The utility model provides an automatic bellmouth cleaning and paint spraying device, which belongs to the technical field of nodular cast iron pipe production and comprises a riding wheel mechanism,each group is provided with a base, a rotary table, a first motor and a riding wheel, and the riding wheels are used for erecting and driving nodular cast iron pipes; the underframe is fixed on the ground and is positioned on one side of the riding wheel mechanism; the cleaning assembly is arranged on the underframe and is provided with a steel wire grinding head for cleaning the bellmouth; the paint spraying assembly is fixedly connected to the cleaning assembly and connected with a paint source under pressure; the positioning catch wheel is arranged on the underframe and is used for axiallypositioning the nodular cast iron pipe; the power assembly comprises an oil cylinder used for driving the cleaning assembly to move horizontally and vertically; the infrared sensor is connected to thebottom frame and used for sensing the nodular cast iron pipe; and the PLC is fixed on the underframe and is used for receiving signals of the infrared sensor and controlling the three components. Theautomatic cleaning and paint spraying device for the bell mouth is easy to operate, automatic cleaning and paint spraying of the bell mouth are achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.

Abstract: The simplest arrangement of a low-head hydro-electric unit is that proposed by the well-known American engineer, L. F. Harza in 1919–22; Fig. 1 is taken from his Patent Specification. The generator rotor is mounted on the propeller runner, the water flowing through the generator rim and the turbine casing being sealed against the flanks of the generator rim on either side. The unit has a horizontal shaft so that an inlet bell mouth suffices to lead the water to the runner, and the draft tube can be the straight diffuser, which is the most efficient form of energy recovery.
