TL;DR: In this article, a method and system identifies faults and/or deterioration of components in a process control valve and uses different sensor combinations to provide the necessary data to compute irregular component integrity Alerts may be generated to indicate potential component integrity problems.
Abstract: The claimed method and system identifies faults and/or deterioration of components in a process control valve The system may use different sensor combinations to provide the necessary data to compute irregular component integrity Alerts may be generated to indicate potential component integrity problems In particular, the system may detect potential deterioration and/or faults in actuator springs, pneumatic tubing and piping, and bellows seals The claimed system may be communicatively coupled to a process control network to provide a more elaborate alarm system Moreover, additional statistical methods may be used to refine the detection accuracy of the system

TL;DR: In this article, the authors described a closed-bellows-based patient-suctioning system for removing excess bodily fulids by the vacuum. But the patient tube was not included in this paper.
Abstract: An aspirator including a container having an internal chamber with the chamber having a suction tube connected to a closed bellows within the chamber for creating a vacuum, and also having a patient tube for insertion into the body cavity of a patient for sucking removal of mucus and other excess bodily fulids by the vacuum. The aspirator further includes an injection port by which mucus may be removed from the container and a pressure relief valve to permit air to escape from the container as the flexible bellows expands to its equilibrium state. The suction tube further includes a moisture trap to occlude gaseous flow to the mouthpiece in the event moisture enters the suction system. The apparatus further includes a clip to occlude fluid flow through the patient tube when the operation is completed. The patient tube may include a Yankauer tip or be cut with an oblique angle adjacent its tip. The bellows cap may be attached to the underside of the top of the container in one of several ways.

TL;DR: An improved spinal intervertebral prosthetic device that offers all degrees of motion afforded by the anatomic spinal intertebral disc, and by virtue of the incorporation of a dashpot assembly mechanism within reversibly displaceable bellows, provides hydraulic load bearing capability as well as limiting the maximum pressure that can be exerted on the bellows assembly by limiting the compression stroke of the device.
Abstract: An improved spinal intervertebral prosthetic device that offers all degrees of motion afforded by the anatomic spinal intervertebral disc, and by virtue of the incorporation of a dashpot assembly mechanism within reversibly displaceable bellows, provides hydraulic load bearing capability as well as limiting the maximum pressure that can be exerted on the bellows assembly by limiting the compression stroke of the device. The dashpot assembly also increases resistance to lateral shear loading in excess of the bellows convolutions acting alone. The spinal intervertebral prosthetic device absorbs varying axial loads via hydraulic pressure transfer to the bellows convolutions which can flex in a spring-like fashion. Rotational coupling of the upper crown plate and center bearings plate permits normal twisting movements, and spinal flexural freedom is provided by the bellows that are interposed between the center bearings plate and the lower crown plate.

TL;DR: In this paper, a fluid dosing device for a pressurised fluidic medium, including a valve needle and a valve seat, is described, in which the external pressure is less than internal chamber pressure, the chamber being tightly hermetically sealed.
Abstract: A fluid dosing device for a pressurised fluidic medium, includes a pressurised fluid chamber (13) in a housing (1), a valve needle (3) extending through the chamber (13) and having its first end (22) subjected to a stroke action outside the chamber (13 and its second end (23) forming, together with a valve seat (2) positioned on the housing (1), a valve joined to the chamber (13 A metal bellows (17) serves as the lead-in element for the first end (22) of the valve needle (3) from the chamber (13) outwards, in which the external pressure is less than internal chamber (13) pressure, the chamber being tightly hermetically sealed.

TL;DR: In this paper, a metering and spray pump of high functional reliability, consisting of as few individual parts as possible and able to be produced with as low production costs, in particular assembly costs, as possible, in which the pumping member consists of an elastically-flexible bellows, which is arranged connectively between mutually movable, dimensionally stable housing parts.
Abstract: In order to create a metering and spray pump of high functional reliability, consisting of as few individual parts as possible and able to be produced with as low production costs, in particular assembly costs, as possible, in which the pumping member consists of an elastically-flexible bellows (4), which is arranged connectively between mutually movable, dimensionally stable housing parts (1,2), the bellows (4) has at its one end, as axial extension, a radially flexible, sleeve-like annular wall section (30), which encloses in sealing manner like a valve the circumferential surface (31) of a socket (24), in the form of a ring or pot, integrally molded onto the housing part (1) executing the pumping strokes. The other end of the bellows (4) is provided with an end wall section (17) which has at least one passage opening (18) and covers like a valve one or more outlet openings (16) of a housing end wall (12) of the second housing part (2) or forms the valve seat for a valve closing member which is molded onto a displacement body arranged in the bellows.
