Abstract: The title compound, C17H14O6, has been isolated for the first time from Rhazya stricta. The dihedral angle between the mean planes through the benzopyran ring system and o-anisole group is 59.78 (5)°. The mol­ecular packing is stabilized by O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a spiropyran compound reversibly varying to colorless or darkly colored state with light containing ultraviolet ray such as sunlight or mercury lamp light, exhibiting excellent durability, developing color having improved density and useful as a photochromic material. CONSTITUTION:The spiropyran compound of formula I [ring containing C-Bn is substituted or unsubstituted 2-bicyclo[3.3.1]9-nonenylidene; ring containing Y is substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group or unsaturated heterocyclic group; R1 and R2 are H, alkyl, aralkyl, aryl or substituted amino], e.g. spiro[2-bicyclo(3.3.1) nonene-9,2'-(2H) benzo(h) chromene]. The compound of formula I, e.g. a compound wherein R1 or R2 is H or substituted amino and at least one of R1 and R2 is substituted amino can be produced by reacting a compound of formula II with a compound of formula III in the presence of primary amine or secondary amine. The characteristic feature of the compound of formula I is the structure having 2-bicyclo[3.3.1]-nonenylidene group bonded to the 2-site of benzopyran ring or naphthopyran rind.

Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a benzopyran compound and application of protecting against pulmonary fibrosis. The structural formula of the benzopyran compound refers to the Specification, wherein R1 is one selected from H, C1-C4 alkyl and residual groups of various amino acids after removing amino parts, R2 is one selected from H, C1-C4 alkyl and residual groups of various amino acids after removing amino parts, R3 is one selected from H abd C1-C4 alkyl and residual groups of various amino acids after removing amino parts, and n is any integer of 1-4. The benzopyran compound is obtained from a fermentation liquid of Streptomyces xiamenensis (CGMCC No.5675) by extraction, separation and purification. The Streptomyces xiamenensis extract derivative disclosed by the invention has higher property of inhibiting the proliferation and activity of health human lung fibroblasts, and can be used for preparing anti-pulmonary fibrosis drugs.
