TL;DR: In this article, the authors have analyzed the performance of a novel binary accelerator system in the sulphur vulcanization of natural rubber (NR) and found that the performance is dependent on the relative proportion of mono, di and polysulphidic linkages in the material.

TL;DR: In this article, the excess volumes and the viscosities of 1-pentanol with benzene, chlorobenzene, bromobenzenene, iodobenzenes, nitrobenzene, aniline, toluene, and p-xylene were measured over the whole composition range at 293.15 K. The resulting excess functions were interpreted in terms of the interactions between the molecules in the binary mixtures.
Abstract: Densities (ρ) and viscosities (η) for binary mixtures of 1-pentanol with benzene, chlorobenzene, bromobenzene, iodobenzene, nitrobenzene, aniline, toluene, and p-xylene have been measured over the whole composition range at 293.15 K. The excess volumes VE and the viscosity deviations Δη were calculated, and the results were fitted to a Redlich−Kister type polynomial relation. The corresponding parameters have been derived. The resulting excess functions were interpreted in terms of the interactions between the molecules in the binary mixtures.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of pH, GAC dosage, initial adsorbate concentration and temperature on their removal were investigated, and the adsorption kinetics of aniline and CPL in single and binary systems were studied and was found to conform to pseudo-second order kinetic model.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the densities and viscosities for the binary liquid mixtures of anisole or methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) with benzene, chlorobenzene, benzonitrile, and nitrobenzene.
Abstract: Densities and viscosities for the binary liquid mixtures of anisole or methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) with benzene, chlorobenzene, benzonitrile, and nitrobenzene were measured at 288.15, 293.15, and 298.15 K. These were used to compute the excess volumes (VE) and deviations in viscosity (Δη). These properties are discussed with reference to the nature of interactions between the unlike molecules.
