Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a hair nourishing agent containing extract of a rice, exhibiting hair production accelerating action and having high safety CONSTITUTION:The hair nourishing agent obtained by blending extract of rice, preferably colored rice, especially black rice or red rice, eg, extract of rice powder extracted with an organic solvent such as hexane, n-pentane, chloroform, benzene and/or ethyl acetate as a solvent-distilled ingredient at an amount of normally 001-15wt%, preferably 01-5wt% based on the total weight of composition of hair nourishing agent, capable of providing extremely remarkable hair production and hair growth accelerating action in applying to human or animal skin and free from skin stimulation
