Abstract: Firstly, black rice, rice, millet and maize fragments are mixed for saccharification, then powdery black sesame, soybean, peanut, mung bean and mashed potato are steamed, and some traditional Chinese herb medicine powders are added. Finally, it is shaped, fried and sprayed with condiment. The product has an effect to nourish Yin and to supplement kidney, to invigorate waist, to replenish liver and to improve eyesight, in addition to medical value of blackening hair and nutritive health protection.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to naturally color a processed food using noodle such as UDON (wheat noodle) or SOMEN (thin wheat noodle) and other grains as main raw materials with only a blending raw material without impairing the texture. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials of noodle are composed of black rice and domestic wheat. In this case, the black rice is blended in an amount of 5wt.% to 20wt.% based on the total amount. Further, black rice is blended in an amount of 5wt.% to 20wt.% based on the total amount also into a raw material of MOCHI (rice cake) or a raw material of skin of GYOZA (meat dumpling), SHUMAI (steamed meat dumpling) and WANTAN (Chinese flour dumpling stuffed with minced meat and served in soup or fried).

According to this invention, such steps as high-temp. cooking of the rice and addition of oily food are included to solve the problem that it is difficult to ripen black rice and to shape the ripened black rice.
