By the activation of bioenergy and removal of various harmful bacteria and foreign materials, a health food product beneficial for human health is obtained. CONSTITUTION: Cereals are sterilized with ozone to remove various harmful bacteria, and dipped in silver ion water to activate bioenergy, and then the material is passed through an infrared sterilizer. The sterilized material is dried at 40 to 50deg.C with far infrared rays, quick-frozen and then ground. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional germinated grains using natural components such as ginseng includes the following steps: dipping grains in immersion liquid; recycling the immersion liquid at the determined time intervals; geminating the grain by adding the functional liquid or extract in a recycling process; and vacuum-packing the grains(S213). The manufacturing method of the germinated grains includes a step for washing process. The germination time of the germinated grains is 20 ~ 24 hours. The temperature of the liquid is 30°C to 37°C. The grain is one selected among phaseoli radiati Semen, brown rice, black rice, barley, black sesame, korean wheat, perilla frutescens, bean, buckwheat, and ginko nut etc.
