TL;DR: The black grain wine has the advantages of warming the center, promoting circulation of qi, enriching yin and nourishing kidney, strengthening spleen and warming liver, improving eyesight and activating blood, reducing cholesterol in the blood, promoting digestion, and preventing constipation as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: The invention relates to wine brewed by taking black grain as a raw material, in particular to black grain wine with functions of food therapy and health care. The black grain wine is prepared from the black grain and auxiliary materials through conventional brewing technology, and is prepared by screening and purifying the black grain respectively, and performing the conventional technology such as raw material crushing, material mixing, pasting by cooking, cooling, mixing of fermented grains, pit entry for fermentation, wine steaming and the like; and the black grain is black sorghum, black rice, rye, black corn and black bean. The black grain wine has the advantages of warming the center, promoting circulation of qi, enriching yin and nourishing kidney, strengthening spleen and warming liver, improving eyesight and activating blood, reducing cholesterol in the blood, promoting digestion, and preventing constipation.

TL;DR: D dissimilarity in species richness of AMF between rhizosphere soil and the roots implied that some indigenous AMF species were adapted to specific soil environments that could colonize the paddy crop roots and suggests that the conditions can be suitable for some AMFspecies which have an important function in traditional terrace rice cultivation of hilly tracts in North-East India.
Abstract: Morphological assessment of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal diversity in rhizosphere soils may not reflect the AM fungal species colonizing the roots. Recently, DNA-based molecular approaches offer a wide range of advantages in understanding the AM fungal abundance both in soil and root systems. In this study, the community composition of native AM fungi in the soil and roots of aromatic black rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Chakhao amubi) during the flowering stage in the terrace farming system was evaluated. AM fungal spore density ranged between 72 and 110 spores per 100 g shade-dried soil and varied significantly with rice terraces. All examined root fragments were colonized by AM fungi. However, the root length containing different AM fungal structures did not vary significantly compared to total root length colonization. The genomic DNA from rice roots was amplified with AM fungal specific primers using nested PCR and sequenced thereafter. Results of 18S rDNA partial region sequences revealed the presence of seven AM fungal species in roots, whereas in rhizosphere soils ten AM fungal spore morphotypes were recorded. Such dissimilarity in species richness of AMF between rhizosphere soil and the roots implied that some indigenous AMF species were adapted to specific soil environments that could colonize the paddy crop roots and suggests that the conditions can be suitable for some AMF species which have an important function in traditional terrace rice cultivation of hilly tracts in North-East India.

TL;DR: In this paper, a quick-frozen glutinous rice dumpling is made using seven base materials with different colors, each base material can be added with various different stuffings to obtain various rice dummplings which are then refrigerated below the temperature of 0 DEG C.
Abstract: A production method of a novel quick-frozen glutinous rice dumpling belongs to the technical field of food processing, which comprises the following steps: seven groups of 1000 portions of glutinous rice flour are respectively mixed with 50-300 portions of mung (milled into powder), 50-300 portions of red bean (milled into powder), 50-300 portions of soybean (milled into powder), 50-400 portions of maize (milled into powder), 50-500 portions of black rice (milled into powder), 10-500 portions of pumpkin or carrot (extracting juice), and 50-500 portions of tomato (extracting juice), added with proper amount of water and stirred evenly, and the mixture is kneaded into dough, and the dough is made into seven glutinous rice dumpling base materials with different colors, each glutinous rice dumpling base material can be added with various different stuffings to obtain various glutinous rice dumplings which are then refrigerated below the temperature of 0 DEG C. The quick-frozen glutinous rice dumplings respectively have various different nutritional ingredients and colors, and provide more choices for people according to different tastes and habits.

TL;DR: In this article, a plantation method for selenium-enriched black rice is proposed, which consists of first selecting a land suitable for growth of the black rice and preparing the land, applying base fertilizer manufactured by self-made organic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, and potash fertilizer, placing seeds seed-enhanced processed into a seedling nursing plate, transplanting the seedlings to a field after 25 to 28 days, adjusting fertilizer application and management, and harvesting at last.
Abstract: The invention provides a plantation method for selenium-enriched black rice and belongs to the field of agricultural plantation. The plantation method comprises the following steps of first selecting a land suitable for growth of the black rice and preparing the land, applying base fertilizer manufactured by self-made organic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer, placing seeds selenium-enriched processed into a seedling nursing plate for seedling nursing, transplanting the seedlings to a field after 25 to 28 days, adjusting fertilizer application and management in various growth periods of the black rice after the transplantation, and harvesting at last. The self-made organic fertilizer is formed by mixing and fermentation of paddy rice straws, corn straws, mushroom residues, banian leaves, seaweed meal, tea seed cakes, buffalo manures, sludge, night soil and decomposition agent. The plantation method can improve plant survival rate, save fertilizer, improve output, increase selenium contents in the black rice and improve product nutrient value, so the black rice is suitable for plantation on a large scale and in a systematic way; and yield and income can be increased for farmers.
