The full-nutrition food has the advantages of being formed by mixing various grains and soybean food, keeping body health in long-term use, along with reasonable mixing ratio and overall nutrition.

The multi-bean nutritional flour has good taste and abundant nutrients, has functions on nourishing the middle-Jiao and stomach, replenishing vital essence, improving hearing and vision, neutralizing the five internal organs and invigorating the four meridians, has a healthcare function, and is applicable to the middle-aged group and the old-aged group.

Abstract: The invention discloses a processing method of healthcare soybean milk capable of blacking hair, nourishing blood, and tonifying liver and kidney. The processing method comprises steps of (1) preparing raw materials of soybean milk: 4-8 parts of dried black bean, 2-6 parts of black rice, 1-3 parts of black sesame and 0-2 parts of glutinous rice; (2) soaking: soaking the black bean in warm water for 0-10 hours, soaking the black rice for 0-2 hours, and soaking the glutinous rice for 0-2 hours; and (3) grinding: cleaning and soaking one part of soybean milk raw materials, adding into a soybean milk making machine, and grinding the materials together with 12-15 parts of water, wherein the soybean milk made by the soybean milk making machine can be directly drunk. The soybean milk, on the basis of reserving nutrition and efficacy level of normal soybean milk, enriches variety of nutritive materials; in addition, the healthcare soybean milk has functions of blacking hair, nourishing blood, tonifying liver and kidney, moisturizing skin and beautifying, improving eyesight and activating blood circulation, tonifying lung vital energy and relaxing bowels.
