A weight ratio of soybean to avena sativa kernel to yam to red dates to walnuts to black sesame seeds to black rice to Chinese wolfberry is 1-1.5:0.5-0.1:0.05-0.01:0.05-0.01:0.05-0.01:0.05-0.01:0.05-0.01:0.05-0.01. According to the invention, the soybean is selected as a main raw material; as milk-residue separation is not required, natural dietary fiber is kept in the soya-bean milk, and the soya-bean milk has rich bean flavor, delicate taste and concentrated fragrance; and moreover, by adding the avena sativa kernel, the yam, the red dates, the walnuts, the black sesame seeds, the black rice and the Chinese wolfberry, the soya-bean milk has more balanced nutrition and the functions of liver nourishing and eyesight improving and is suitable for white collars and those people who work in front of computers to drink.

CONSTITUTION: Black garlic 15-30 parts by weight, ginger 1-14 parts by weight, black sesame 5-25 parts by weight, black rice 5-25 parts by weight, black bean 3-15 parts by weight, black pepper 0.1-5 parts by weight, and black cumin 0.1-5 parts by weight are respectively grinded. Liquid of raw pine leaf is obtained and a raw pine leaf solution is obtained after aging. Starchy syrup 100 parts by weight, sugared apricot 5-20 parts by weight, thickend soy sauce 20-40 parts by weight, 3-15 parts by weight of the raw pine leaf solution 3-15 parts by weight, squid ink 3-15 parts by weight, black sesame powder, black rice 5-25 parts by weight, black bean powder 3-15 parts by weight, caramel 0.5-9 parts by weight, black pepper powder 0.1-5 parts by weight, and black cumin powder are mixed. The black garlic with 15-30 parts by weight and ginger with 1-14 parts by weight are addedinto the mixture and mixed for 1-5 minutes. Pulverization is conducted for 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
