TL;DR: In this paper, an extruded crucian feed is described, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of soybean meal, 50-60 parts of maize meal, 20-25 parts of black rice meal, 5-6 parts of seeds of lobed kudzuvine, 4-5 parts of barley, 20 25 parts of raw duck albumen, 10-15 parts of lotus leaves, 0.1-0.2 part of lemon oil, 1-2 parts of ginger peel, 1 3 parts
Abstract: The invention discloses an extruded crucian feed, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of soybean meal, 50-60 parts of maize meal, 20-25 parts of black rice meal, 5-6 parts of seeds of lobed kudzuvine, 4-5 parts of barley, 20-25 parts of raw duck albumen, 10-15 parts of lotus leaves, 0.1-0.2 part of lemon oil, 1-2 parts of ginger peel, 1-3 parts of glutinous rice roots, 4-5 parts of orange kernels, 10-12 parts of hydrilla powder, 4-5 parts of vitamin complex preparations, 5-6 parts of additives and an appropriate amount of water. The extruded crucian feed is simple in preparation method; the extruded crucian feed is prepared by using the soybean meal, maize meal and black rice meal as main raw materials and using the raw duck albumen, the lotus leaves and the hydrilla powder as auxiliary materials, so that the extruded crucian feed contains rich protein, vitamins and minerals, has comprehensive nutrition and good palatability, can effectively enhance the disease resistance of crucian, improve the growth speed of the crucian and has good culture benefits.

TL;DR: The whole-grain high-fiber corn flakes are prepared by the raw materials of corn, rice, brown rice, oat, black rice, rye, coix seed and millet, as well as dietary fiber, a malt extract, sucrose and salt as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: The invention discloses whole-grain high-fiber corn flakes. The whole-grain high-fiber corn flakes are prepared by the raw materials of corn, rice, brown rice, oat, black rice, rye, coix seed and millet, as well as dietary fiber, a malt extract, sucrose and salt. Preferably, the raw materials are in the following parts by weight: 30 to 80 parts of corn powder, 0 to 10 parts of millet, 0 to 10 parts of brown rice, 0 to 10 parts of oat, 0 to 10 parts of coix seed, 1 to 10 parts of sucrose, 2 to 8 parts of dietary fiber, 0.1 to 1 part of salt, 0.5 to 5 parts of malt extract, 0 to 10 parts of rice, 0 to 10 parts of black rice and 0 to 10 parts of rye. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively crushing and screening grain raw materials, weighing according to the formula, mixing and stirring, extruding and aging, drying, tabletting, roasting, flavoring and cooling. The product is rich in nutrition, is crispy and delicious, is easy to digest and absorb, and is convenient to eat; the whole-grain high-fiber corn flakes can serve as instant staple food of breakfast, can also serve daily snack food, and are ideal health convenient food.

TL;DR: Among the total of 146 volatiles extracted by SPME from the headspace of some black and white rice bran samples, twenty-eight terpenoid odorants were acculately identified.
Abstract: Among the total of 146 volatiles extracted by SPME from the headspace of some black and white rice bran samples, twenty-eight terpenoid odorants were acculately identified. Most of these terpenoids possess good aroma character and are varied among three groups of Thai rice; black glutinous, black non-glutinous, and white non-glutinous. Of these three groups, black non-glutinous rice contains the greater number of these monoterpenoids. However, the content of the major terpenoid odorants, which are limonene, trans-β-ocimene, β-cymene, and linalool, is the highest in the bran of white Thai jasmine rice, Khao Dawk Mali 105 (KDML 105). An herbaceous odorant, myrcene, occurs in the bran of all black rice varieties but not in the bran of white rice. The flavor type of rice bran using these rice bran terpenoids was successfully classified using the chemometric principle component analysis method.

TL;DR: In this paper, the anthocyanin and chlorophyll dyes were extracted from black rice and fragrant screwpine (Pandanus amaryllifolius) leaves respectively using methanol as solvent.
Abstract: Anthocyanin (An) and chlorophyll (Chl) dyes have been extracted from black rice and fragrant screwpine (Pandanus amaryllifolius) leaves respectively using methanol as solvent. The anthocyanin and chlorophyll dyes were characterized using UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy. While the anthocyanin dye has a broader absorption peak at 541 nm, the chlorophyll dye has two prominent absorption peaks at 465 and 663 nm. The anthocyanin and chlorophyll dyes were deposited sequentially on the TiO2 electrode. The photoelectrode prepared by dipping in anthocyanin solution first and then in chlorophyll solution for the same duration showed the best efficiency of 0.81 % with J sc = 2.64 mA cm−2, V oc = 0.46 V and FF = 0.63 for DSSC.
