TL;DR: In this article, the electroreduction of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in pH 7.4 solution was studied at the hanging mercury drop electrode by double potential step chronocoulometry and cyclic voltammetry, and at a mercury pool electrode by controlled potential coulometry.

TL;DR: The amino acid sequence of peptide obtained from limited peptic digestion of bovine serum albumin has been determined from characterization of its tryptic and chymotryptic peptides and has properties compatible with previous suggestions that it is composed of the α-amino nitrogen, the imidazole nitrogen from the histidine in position 3, and the 2 intervening peptide bond nitrogen atoms.

TL;DR: It was shown that in any given capillary, L p was independent of the direction of fluid flow across the vessel wall and was the same when the capillary was perfused with 9.0 g of bovine albumin 100 ml −1 and 3 g ofbovine γ-globulin 100 ml−1.
