Abstract: Objective:Using the method of RF-HPLC to determine and investigate the content of Strychnine N-oxide and Brucine N-oxide in Maqianzi Processing Drugs Circa.Methods:By Lichrospher C18 post(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),and AN(A):0.2%acetic acid-0.2%triethylamine(B)as mobile phase,with a method of gradient elution(0min:8:92;10min:91.5:8.5;30min:79:21;60min:40:60),flow rate:1mL/min,The UV detection was set at 254nm.Results:By Processing,the content of strychnine N-oxide was increase from 0.0033 to 0.0044,the upgrade rate was 133,brucine N-oxide was increase from 0.0025 to 0.0033,the upgrade rate was 132.Conclusion:Through processing drugs,the content of strychnine N-oxide and brucine N-oxide were a few increased,it offered evidence in quality standard of Maqianzi.
