TL;DR: In this paper, a gout inhibiting composition comprising a mixed extract of Chrysanthemum indicum and Cinnamomum cassia as active components was proposed, which is capable of being widely utilized in gout-related industries since raw materials for the mixed extract are supplied relatively easily.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a gout inhibiting composition comprising a mixed extract of Chrysanthemum indicum and Cinnamomum cassia as active components. It was confirmed that a xanthine oxidase inhibiting effect of the mixed extract of Chrysanthemum indicum and Cinnamomum cassia of the present invention is remarkable compared to a case that Chrysanthemum indicum or Cinnamomum cassia is treated alone, and a uric acid amount within urine is reduced by administering the mixed extract of Chrysanthemum indicum and Cinnamomum cassia of the present invention. Further, the mixed extract of Chrysanthemum indicum and Cinnamomum cassia of the present invention is not only safe since the mixed extract is natural product derived active components, but also is capable of being widely utilized in gout-related industries since raw materials for the mixed extract are supplied relatively easily.

TL;DR: Variation partitioning technique was applied to investigate the influence of space and environment on the variation in haplotype composition of different populations of Chrysanthemum indicum L. indicum in China and showed that environment solely could not explain any percent of the variation and space on its own could explain around 12.2% of the total variation.
Abstract: Influence of Environment and Space on Haplotype Composition Structure of Populations of Chrysanthemum indicum L. (Compositae) in China with a Prediction of its Suitable Range In the present study, the variation partitioning technique was applied to investigate the influence of space and environment on the variation in haplotype composition of different populations of Chrysanthemum indicum L. (Compositae) in China. Species niche modeling was employed as well to predict and map the suitable area of C. indicum in China. Through variation partitioning, the results showed that, environment solely could not explain any percent of the variation in haplotype composition, while space on its own could explain around 12.2% of the total variation in haplotype composition. Finally, the interaction between environment and space explained additional 11.1% of the total variation. As such, geographic distance is the only driver of haplotype diversity among different populations of C. indicum. Modeling species’ suitable ranges indicated that most central and eastern parts of China have higher occurrence probabilities of the species. The most influential predictors contributing to the distributional modeling were annual minimum temperature, annual maximum temperature and annual humidity. However, given that up to 75% of the total variation in hyplotype structure is unexplained, further sampling of different populations at distinct habitats is required so as to better quantify the relative influence of environment and space on the genetic structure of C. indicum populations.

TL;DR: In this article, an external use skin composition containing perfume composition of Chrysanthemum indicum is provided to express the fragrance of the herbs and to ensure excellent preference, the composition contains 25-40 wt% of phenyl acetaldehyde, 20-30 wt%) of benzaldehyde, 7-15 wt%).
Abstract: PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing perfume composition of Chrysanthemum indicum is provided to express fragrance of Chrysanthemum indicum and to ensure excellent preference. CONSTITUTION: A perfume composition which expresses the flavor of Chrysanthemum indicum contains the fragrance ingredient of Chrysanthemum indicum and hedione ingredient as an active ingredient. The fragrance ingredient is phenyl acetaldehyde, benzaldehyde, camphor, or phenyl ethyl alcohol. The composition contains 25-40 wt% of phenyl acetaldehyde, 20-30 wt% of benzaldehyde, 7-15 wt% of camphor, and 5-10 wt% of phenyl ethyl alcohol. The composition further contains 5-15 wt% of benzylalcohol, 3-12 wt% of hexanol, and 2-10 wt% of linalool. An external use skin composition contains the perfume composition.
