TL;DR: In this paper, a rapid identifying kit for Shanxi mature vinegar is presented, which consists of a chromatography thin-plate, a glass tube with a plug, a microsyringe, a reagent A bottle, B bottle, C bottle, D bottle, E bottle, and E bottle.
Abstract: The invention discloses a rapid identifying kit for Shanxi mature vinegar. The kit comprises a kit body which is provided with a chromatography thin-plate, a glass tube with a plug, a microsyringe, a reagent A bottle, a reagent B bottle, a reagent C bottle, a reagent D bottle, and a reagent E bottle, wherein the reagent in the reagent A bottle is solid NaOH, the reagent in the reagent B bottle is a trichloromethane solution, the reagent in the reagent C bottle is a mixed solution of the trichloromethane and ethyl acetate, the reagent in the reagent D bottle is dragendorff, and the reagent in the reagent E bottle is a hydrochloric acid solution. According to the kit, by using the thin-layer chromatography method to perform a color reaction, the true and the false Shanxi mature vinegar can be identified according to a characteristic that ligustrazine, a unique component in the Shanxi mature vinegar, can react with the dragendorff to generate nacarat precipitation. The kit is fast, accurate, easy to operate and low in cost, and can provide effective technical means for law enforcement agencies to supervise markets.

TL;DR: In this paper, a highly sensitive and direct Spectrophotometric method for determination of anionic surfactants in water was developed and the optimal conditions for the colour reaction of the ion-associate of the anionic polyvinyl violet in the presence of polyvinYL alcohol was described.
Abstract: A highly sensitive and direct Spectrophotometric method for determination of anionic surfactants in water was developed. The optimal conditions for the colour reaction of the ion-associate of anionic surfactant with ethyl violet in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol was described. The suitable pH range is between 2.2 and 2.8 with C8H5O4K-HC1 buffer solution. The wavelength of maximum absorbance of the ion-associates is at 550nm and the molar absorptivity are 1.99×105 L.mol-1.cm-1 for dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 1.93×105 L.mol-1.cm-1 for dodecylsulfate, 1.07×105 L.mol-1.cm-1 for dodecylsulfonate, respectively. The method has high sensitivity and fairly good selectivity and so it can be applied to the Spectrophotometric determination of micro amounts of anionic surfactants in environmemtal water samples.

TL;DR: In this paper, a fungus capable of producing FR-900216 substance, which has the following physical and chemical properties and its salt, is described: chemical properties, specific rotatory power: [alpha]D =+140 deg.
Abstract: NEW MATERIAL:FR-900216 Substance having the following physical and chemical properties and its salt. Molecular weight: 625(mass spectrometry). Estimated molecular formula: C35H47NO9. Melting point: 130-135 deg.C(decomposition). Specific rotatory power: [alpha]D =+140 deg.(C=1, in CHCl3). Solubility: easily soluble in methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, soluble in chloroform and benzene, slightly soluble in hexane, ethyl ether, insoluble in water. Color reaction: positive in Dragendorff's reaction and iodine reaction, and negative in ferric chloride reaction, Molish reaction, etc. USE:An antitumor agent. PREPARATION:A fungus [e.g., Rhizopus sp. NO.F-1360(FERM-P 5362), etc.] belonging to the genus Rhizopus, capable of producing FR-900216 substance, is cultivated in a medium and the substance is collected and separated from the culture.
