The Hermeneutics of the Word “Religion” and Its Implications for the World of Indian Religions

Abstract: This essay consists of three parts. In the first part, the implications of the application of the Western word “religion” to religious phenomena beyond the Western world are adumbrated. In the second part, the effect of the actual application of the English word religion in its Western connotation to the world of Indian religions is analyzed. In the third and final part, corrective measures for dealing with the distortions described in part two are proposed.

On Teaching Thinking of "Curriculum Logic" for College Students

Abstract: Thinking ability refers to the ability to process perceptual materials and transform them into the rational understanding and competence in solving problems through analysis, synthesis, generalization, abstraction, comparison, concretization and systematization. Logic plays an important role in the field of thinking, and the relationship between different disciplines and the connection between knowledge in different disciplines are closely connected by logic, so the application and development of the "curriculum logic" of college students is studied in order to explore the cultivation of their thinking ability. Logic does not have class nature in terms of its attributes. The connotation of "curriculum logic" is to give full play to its instrumental role in logic and improve thinking ability, and to extend it to all disciplines in this way so as to improve the thinking ability of college students.

A multidimensional interpretation of Marxist theory based on a decentralized Internet perspective

Abstract: Abstract Constantly promoting theoretical innovation is the key to the perpetual vitality and vigor of Marxism. Marxist theory interpretation can provide new perspectives, new assertions, and new requirements for adhering to the basic principles of Marxism in line with the requirements of the times, national characteristics, and practical needs, and is the main basis for the formation, development, and renewal of the theoretical paradigm. Therefore, Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis is used as the back-end development framework of the decentralized Internet to establish the decentralized Internet model used for interpreting Marxist theories. It is realized through the stages of theoretical semantic representation, multi-dimensional feature extraction, and classification. According to the multidimensional interpretation effect, the classification recall of the theoretical interpretation dimensions obtained after using the decentralized Internet model increases from 59.15%, 58.84%, 61.21%, 62.79% to 69.49%, 72.03%, 71.87%, 72.9%, and the average running speed of 9.21s decreases significantly to 3.84s. Portability, accessibility, interpretation completeness and contextual integration, depth of understanding indexes of ranking, accessibility, interpretive completeness, and contextual integration, depth of understanding, interpretive adequacy, and six-theory coverage reached 89.26%, 91.45%, 90.75%, 92.84%, 93.23%, 96.29%, and 99.12%. It shows that the decentralized Internet interpretation method of Marxist theory can grasp the scientific connotation and inner mechanism of theoretical development, trace the origin from ideas and perspectives related to the concept and summarize and interpret the background, reality, gist, content structure, and its contemporary significance under the new era discourse, so as to better implement and practice Marxist theory.

Televi̇zyon reklamlarinda kültürel ve di̇ni̇ göstergeleri̇n kullanimi: 2010-2017 coca-cola ramazan dönemi̇ reklamlarinin göstergebi̇li̇msel anali̇zi̇

Abstract: The concept of culture, which includes all material and spiritual elements related with the society, focus on advertisement activitiest shows the different characteristics from society to society. As a related with all countries, it is getting difficult to develop and adopt a general approach for the concept of culture which encompasses a widerange of issues from family structure and relationships in society to understanding of education system as well as religious beliefs and traditions. In this sense, ad producers are improving various advertising strategies by taking societies' traditions, cults, perceptions and likes into consideration. By this way, social and cultural indicators are dominant factors in the formation of advertising strategies. By acting locally while thinking from a global viewpoint is commonly used when the cultural impact felt intensely. This is especially in the month of Ramadan when cultural and religious signs are intensively use. For this reason, this study aims to reveal how the special ads of Coca-Cola is able to localize by using which cultural aspects of Turkey. 7 (seven) TV commercials which Coca-Cola formed for Turkey between the years 2010-2017 examined with semiotic method. In these commercials, Coca-Cola was tried to determine what cultural elements contribute to localization as part of denotation and connotation which developed by Barthes in 1991. In terms of the limitation of the study, 2015 was excluded from the study as no advertising film was made about the Ramadan period in 2015. Based upon the data obtained from the survey of special Coca-Cola commercials for Turkey, it is concluded that Coca-Cola uses mosque, minaret, roofing lead and chant as religious indicators; Ramadan drummer, reed and tuckerbag as cultural indicators over connotation meanings of happiness, sharing, coexisting, folksiness and plentifulnnes. Thusly, in inspected advertisements, some sensual attributes such as sharing, helping each other and concentrationare dedicated to product and with the factors established by the consumer culture, the consumer re-establishes the demands of the system by internalizing the offered side meanings.
