Abstract: The implication of subject symbiosis teaching developmental view includes its connotation, characteristics, representation and structure. The combination of subsystems of teaching view with “symbiosis” and “all-win” as the core under the perspective of system theory and dynamic development of “subject symbiosis” under the perspective of control theory are its connotation. Initiative & creativity, non-guidance & prediction, and operability & verifiability are characteristics of subject symbiosis teaching developmental view. System representation and development representation indicate multi-dimensions of subject symbiosis teaching developmental view. The value, quality view, subject view, content view, media view, process view and evaluation view consist of internal elements of subject symbiosis teaching developmental view. “4R model” reflects its structure function.

[Research status and prospects of integration of habitat processing and processing of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces].

Abstract: The integration of habitat processing and processing of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces(hereinafter referred to as "integration") has changed the traditional processing mode and can ensure the quality of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces from the source. This paper introduced the background of integration from the connotation and denotation of integration, relevant policies and regulations, and variety development. The present situation of integration was analyzed from the existing problems and current research progress, and the development suggestions were proposed. It is considered that although the integration is in line with the development trend of the industry with the advantages of improving the quality and standardizing the management of decoction pieces, there are still some problems, such as the lack of variety selection principles and production technical specifications, imperfect quality control stan-dards in the production process, and inadequate integration of standards and supervision. Therefore, it is suggested to determine the integrated variety selection principles and variety range as soon as possible, establish relevant technical specifications, improve quality control standards in the production process, and strengthen policy guidance and supervision to promote the healthy and orderly development of integration.

Local cultural distortion risk at tourist destinations: connotation deconstruction and theoretical construction

Abstract: The current accelerating process of cultural and tourism integration has posed severe challenges to local cultural sustainability. However, there is an obvious research gap in tourism culture from the risk perspective. This conceptual study introduced the theory of the production of space and utilized the inductive method to distinguish the connotation of related concepts. Furthermore, this paper developed a concept of local cultural distortion risk at tourist destinations (LCDRTD) and deconstructed its connotation. Moreover, a three-dimensional structure of LCDRTD was highlighted that combines the cultural ontology distortion risk, cultural representation distortion risk, and cultural constructive distortion risk. This concept is more applicable to tourism types that are closely related to local traditional history and culture, such as heritage tourism and cultural tourism, etc. This attempt expands the cultural sustainability research framework and perspective and consolidates the tourism theoretical basis.

Research on the Integrated Planning of Blue-Green Space towards Urban-Rural Resilience: Conceptual Framework and Practicable Approach

Abstract: Abstract: Facing the impacts of climate change and the ecological environmental problems caused by urbanization, urban-rural resilience is a new value goal of territorial space development. Blue-green space is an interconnected network system of natural and artificial green space and water bodies, which can dissolve the internal and external pressures of the system by way of mitigatory acceptance and adaptive interaction, reduce the impact of climate change and artificial construction disturbances, and provide diversified composite functions. By recognizing the connotation of the concept of blue-green space, its composite ecological functionality and its relationship with the value of urban-rural resilience, this paper constructs a conceptual framework for the integrated planning of blue-green space in urban and rural areas with “resilient objectives, resource identification, integrated configuration, differentiated regulation”. The paper proposes an integrated and coordinated multi-scale practicable approach of blue-green space planning (i.e., the construction of the blue-green corridor network, the configuration of blue-green open space, the allocation of blue-green infrastructure) and the regulation-based urban-rural transect, with the aim of improving the hydroecological performance and composite functional services in order to realize urban and rural resilience.

Professional Well-Being and Work Engagement of University Teachers Based on Expert Fuzzy Data and SOR Theory

Abstract: The study of the professional well-being of university teachers not only encompasses the quality of teachers’ personal lives but can also reflect satisfaction and loyalty to their careers and has an irreplaceable impact on students’ thinking and political education. The article starts from explaining the connotation of professional happiness of university teachers and analyses the significance of improving the professional happiness of university teachers. Through a questionnaire survey of 504 young teachers in Jiangxi province universities, based on expert fuzzy data and SOR theory, the article analyses various influencing factors in this framework and finds that the current professional happiness of young teachers in universities is positively related to various influencing factors. Based on expert fuzzy data and SOR theory, this paper investigates the professional happiness and work commitment of college teachers. The results of several research tests show that young college teachers have different professional happiness under different conditions, which indicates that material incentives can improve the professional happiness of young college teachers to a certain extent. Therefore, the professional happiness of young university teachers can be improved in terms of enhancing comprehensive quality, improving social status, strengthening humanistic care, broadening growth platform, and establishing scientific system.
