Abstract: Undergraduate tutorial system is a new carrier that a university carries out education and a new management system of student education,which can combine the specialty education with the ideological education,emphasizing personality education and embodying the principle of teaching in accordance of students'aptitude,so as to enrich the connotation of ideological education of students.Only by giving play to the initiative and enthusiasm of schools,teachers and students,can a satisfactory effect be achieved in undergraduate tutorial system.

Abstract: The theory of Innovation System has been used to understand the complexity and instability of innovation. Recently Strategy management researchers have found Innovation-Driven Strategy is transferred from national level to enterprise level. The dualistic Innovation System is dominated by government agencies and enterprises in parallel, which is less conducive to innovation of private enterprises. The dualistic main-body Innovation System is converted into the multi-nested Innovation Support System by building a Support System of Innovation-Driven Strategy (SSIDS) in private enterprises. Through analyzing the connotation, structure and characteristic, a new theoretical model is pioneered that serves as a guide for innovation strategy in private enterprises.

Abstract: This text aims to analyze the teleology of education in the Latin American social context, based on the work of the philosopher Enrique Dussel, entitled “The Latin American pedagogical”, supported in turn with readings of the approaches of educator Paulo Freire. The analysis is guided through a qualitative paradigm and a hermeneutical approach, with its specificity of Latin American hermeneutics, thus being able to show that the role of education in Latin America has a double connotation: on the one hand, to provide tools for the liberation of the oppressed peoples historically, especially, for hegemonic cultures such as the Eurocentric, and on the other, to teach to live in the difference, accepting and respecting the other.
