Abstract: The article deals with organizational pedagogical bases for solution to preservation problem of minority languages, which are under the threat of disappearance in the implementation process of ethnocultural connotation principle in the content of basic education. The attention is fixed on the delicate status of the Kalmyk language, as a European language of Mongolian origin, on the necessity to protect it effectively in modern conditions. It is substantiated the sequence of integration of ethnic constants - structural elements of central cultural theme of the ethos, as thorough ethnocultural themes in the content of education. Abstract: Environmental management is indispensable for organizations that are in favor of sustainable development, among them are science entities. The scientific production of the Center for Research and Environmental Services in Holguin has a connotation in these topics. However, it showed limitations within the organization. A procedure was designed to establish an Environmental Management System, which benefits from the essence of this type of organization. The first results of its implementation made it possible to take advantage of the strengths of the organization to solve various environmental problems and work towards sustainable development.

Abstract: Sense of social responsibility is an important issue about which the academics have conducted extensive theoretical exploration and practical research. However, so far the concept of sense of social responsibility is not unified. The academic search results about this issue are isolated from each other and independent, and they even conflict with each other. This research is to clarify and redefine social responsibility based on studies on this concept and to analyze the connotation and denotation of sense of social responsibility.

Abstract: Cultural diversity is the trend of the development of the world today. The “Belt and Road” initiative needs not only the coordinated promotion of policies, facilities, trade, finance and the “five links” of the people’s hearts, but also the priority of cultural communication and exchange and Co-operation. Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of cultural communication and Co-operation, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the strategy, realization path, mechanism construction and safeguard measures of “Belt and Road” cultural communication and communication Co-operation. It is clear that the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative needs to be based on “people’s hearts and minds”, and that cultural communication and exchange and Co-operation are projects of people’s support.
