Abstract: The invention discloses a building surveying and mapping method combining a laser radar with an aerial photography. Building surveying and mapping are carried out by fusing different spatial characteristics. The integral technical scheme adopts a data driven mode without constraints of any rule and shape, can self-adapt to different working regions and buildings which are of a random complex shape, and has high automation degree. Labor intensity of large-range building surveying and mapping work can be reduced and production efficiency and achievement quality are improved.

Abstract: The utility model provides a novel surveying rod for building surveying. In the structure of the novel surveying rod, telescopic rods are hinged at the lower end of the surveying rod, a loudspeaker and a microphone are arranged at one side of the upper end of the surveying rod, a GPS (Global Positioning System) device and a vertical tester are arranged in the surveying rod, and an indication light is arranged on the vertical tester. According to the novel surveying rod for the building surveying, compared with the prior art, a user can timely detect whether the surveying rod is vertical and carry out adjustment, and the occurrence of the error is effectively reduced; furthermore, the microphone and the loudspeaker are further arranged on the surveying rod, the communication between a surveyor and a rod setter is facilitated; and the novel surveying rod for the building surveying further has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple structure, easiness in processing, convenience to use and the like, and thus, the novel surveying rod for the building surveying has excellent use value.
