TL;DR: This paper proposes a CNP-based bidding mechanism based on Possibilistic Petri Nets that facilitates request agents to find preferred service agents and provides more flexible match that not only supports exact match but also takes the degree of satisfaction into account.
Abstract: As the number of agents increases rapidly on the Internet, discovering appropriate service agents with required capabilities for request agents becomes a crucial issue in multi-agent systems. Two major discovering approaches have been developed: centralized matchmaking approaches and distributed bidding approaches. However, the former approaches may suffer the problem of middle agent overload and can not reflect the dynamic characteristic of agent capabilities, while the later has the problems of the overhead for maintaining contact lists of service agents in each request agent and sending ineffective CFP messages to non-qualified service agents. To address the above problems, in this paper, we propose a CNP-based bidding mechanism based on Possibilistic Petri Nets that facilitates request agents to find preferred service agents. Moreover, our mechanism provides more flexible match that not only supports exact match but also takes the degree of satisfaction into account.

TL;DR: A comparative evaluation among the Contract Net Protocol, the Coalition Based on Dependence* and the Dynamic Social Knowledge cooperation strategies is presented in this paper and focuses on the cooperation convergence time and on the amount of exchanged messages.
Abstract: A comparative evaluation among the Contract Net Protocol, the Coalition Based on Dependence* and the Dynamic Social Knowledge cooperation strategies is presented in this paper. This evaluation uses the experimental results from a soft real-time application extracted from the robot soccer problem and focuses on the cooperation convergence time and on the amount of exchanged messages. Also one new concept called Plan Set is presented in this paper.

TL;DR: The paper adopts a management method of combining the centralization and distribution and classifies the functions of the agent and analyses what the members are and their cooperative relation and designs the MA cooperative operation control scheme on EDP.
Abstract: For numerous public security business systems, public security business's limitation of lack of system integration, uncentralized management, lower intelligence technology more prominent. Through the analysis of the relevant features of Emergency Disposal Platform (EDP) and the collaborative, think its collaboration with Multi - agent have a strong fit. For this reason, based on the multi-agent technology, the platform architecture of EDP in the cooperative model is proposed. The platform integrates video analysis, integrated monitor and rescue in EDP, and has more powerful perceptiveness, initiative, and self-adaptability. The paper adopts a management method of combining the centralization and distribution and classifies the functions of the agent and analyses what the members are and their cooperative relation. In addition, with the research on coordination mechanism by using of Blackboard Model and Contract Net Protocol, the MA cooperative operation control scheme on EDP is designed.

TL;DR: Proved through experience, the improved contract net reduced the network traffic and improved collaboration of the multi-Agent system efficiency.
Abstract: Contract net is a communication and collaboration protocol for each of Agent in the distributed problem solving environment. Each Agent with the knowledge, abilities and strategies is always dynamic in the process of solving problems. In order to obtain a collaborative model that is practical and easy to implement, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional classical contract net and improves them.We had a reasonable selection to the bidders using an acquaintance model.Agent model's proactive perception characteristic improved the passive acceptance of the task Agent. In order to prevent the selfishness in the bidding process and balance the load of each contract holder, introduced the intelligent parameters such as reliance, perception and activity.Proved through experience, the improved contract net reduced the network traffic and improved collaboration of the multi-Agent system efficiency.

TL;DR: The simulation shows that the proposed assignment method of UAVs cooperative air-to-ground associated task based on MA-Contract Net Protocol can generate more reasonable assignment results for a variety of complex associated tasks and UAV fault situations, reduce the execution cost of associated tasks, and improve the task set completion degree and efficiency.
Abstract: Aiming at the problem of dynamic assignment of UAVs cooperative air-to-ground attacks based on associated tasks and fault mechanisms, an MA-based task executor and task publisher model was established, and an assignment method of UAVs cooperative air-to-ground associated task based on MA-Contract Net Protocol was proposed. The simulation shows that this method can generate more reasonable assignment results for a variety of complex associated tasks and UAV fault situations, reduce the execution cost of associated tasks, avoid the lack of task execution caused by UAV faults, and improve the task set completion degree and efficiency.
