TL;DR: In this paper, a technique of calculating a multistage countercurrent liquid extraction in an apparatus with agitation of phases was proposed, based on concepts of pseudo-laminar boundary layer on the elements of the dispersed phase.
Abstract: A technique of calculating a multistage countercurrent liquid extraction in an apparatus with agitation of phases was proposed. Kinetic parameters of mass transfer was acquired based on concepts of pseudo-laminar boundary layer on the elements of the dispersed phase. An approximate method for calculating the installation was presented. The results of the calculation of the process according to a “stage by stage” scheme and approximate method are well consistent with each other.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a full-countercurrent heat exchanger in the technical field of heat exchangers, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a U-type pipe heat exchange is poor in heat exchange efficiency.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a full-countercurrent heat exchanger in the technical field of heat exchangers, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a U-type pipe heat exchanger cannot achieve full-countercurrent heat exchange, and is poor in heat exchange efficiency and uniform in heat exchange medium distribution. The heat exchanger comprises a shell body, wherein a plurality of evaporation pipes are arranged in the shell body, two ends of each evaporation pipe are respectively provided with a pipe plate, two ends of the shell body are respectively provided with an end cap, the end caps at the two ends of the shell body are provided with a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet respectively, one end of the shell body is provided with a secondary refrigerant outlet corresponding to the refrigerant inlet, the other end of the shell body is provided with a secondary refrigerant inlet corresponding to the refrigerant outlet, a distribution plate is arranged in the end cap corresponding to the refrigerant inlet and is provided with a plurality of through holes in the radial direction, the insides of the through holes are connected with distribution pipes in the one-to-one correspondence and expansion mode, the distribution pipes and the evaporation pipes are in one-to-one correspondence, and the distribution pipes extend to be inserted into the evaporation pipes. The heat exchanger can achieve full-countercurrent heat exchange, heat exchange effects are strengthened, and compared with the traditional U-type pipe heat exchanger, the heat exchange improves heat exchange capacity by over 10%.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for purifying and preparing tea polysaccharide composite from tea leaves through adopting a high-speed countercurrent chromatography technology. The method comprises the following steps of: by taking tea leaves as active ingredients, extracting with hot water to prepare crude tea polysaccharide; preparing an aqueous two-phase system needed by high-speed countercurrent chromatography, wherein the polyethylene glycol used is one or two mixed at a mass ratio of 1:1, of polyethylene glycol 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 4000, 6000 and 8000; preparing a 5-35wt% KH2PO4-K2HPO4 buffer solution which serves as a flowing phase of high-speed countercurrent chromatography and has the pH of 4.0-9.0; firstly, fully filling a high-speed countercurrent chromatography separation column with a fixed phase through a constant-flow pump, then injecting the crude tea polysaccharide solution at the flow velocity of 0.5-10.0ml/min, then starting the rotating speed of the high-speed countercurrent chromatography separation column to be 200-1,000rpm (revolutions per minute), then pumping the flowing phase at the flow velocity of 0.2-20ml/min and performing separation and purification; converging the high-speed countercurrent chromatography-separated collection liquor according to peak positions of an elution curve, dialyzing the converged collection liquor through a dialysis bag, concentrating through an ultra-filtration membrane, and performing vacuum freeze-drying or spray-drying to obtain the purified tea polysaccharide composite. The method has the characteristics of being simple in technique flow, environmentally-friendly, low in cost, high in extraction rate of target products, high in purity and the like.
