TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a method to provide a temperature control device that can guarantee the temperature control of a NMR sample tube for reducing a temperature gradient and achieving high temperature control performance.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device that can guarantee a temperature control of a NMR sample tube for reducing a temperature gradient and achieve high temperature control performance.SOLUTION: At least one of flow passages, especially a flow passage (28) on an outermost side of a temperature control device (20) and/or a flow passage (31) which is the second flow passage from the outside of the temperature control device (20) includes a fluid outlet (35) at one axial direction end. At least a part (MS) of a temperature control fluid flow conveyed along the flow passage on the outermost side of the temperature control device (20) through the fluid outlet (35) can be flowed out from the temperature control device (20) without passing through all flow passages in a countercurrent region (GB).

TL;DR: In this paper, a countercurrent tube bundle type wall-type heat exchanger has been proposed for industrial processes such as heating, cooling, condensing and evaporating in industrial departments such as chemical engineering, petroleum, foodstuff, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, shipping, papermaking, mines, medicaments, and concentrated heat supply.
Abstract: The invention discloses a countercurrent tube bundle type wall-type heat exchanger, which is formed by connecting 1 to 50 heat exchange units in series; and 1 to 65 rows of total 2 to 200 hot fluid tubes and cold fluid tubes which are opposite in flow directions and alternately arranged parallelly are arranged in each heat exchange unit; the hot fluid tubes and the cold fluid tubes are filled with flow around bodies; a heat insulating gasket is arranged between two heat exchange units and a connecting part of the two heat exchange units; and heat exchange units at the head and at the tail are respectively communicated with cold and hot fluid splitter/mergers arranged at two ends. The countercurrent tube bundle type wall-type heat exchanger has the advantages of strong heat exchange capacity, high structural strength, compact equipment, small occupied space, low operating cost, obvious energy-saving potential, and convenient disassembly, cleaning and maintenance, and can be widely applied to industrial processes such as heating, cooling, condensing and evaporating in industrial departments such as chemical engineering, petroleum, foodstuff, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, shipping, papermaking, mines, medicaments, and concentrated heat supply.

TL;DR: In this paper, a countercurrent extraction tank group with a heating device is characterized, where a heating medium inlet is arranged on the heating jacket of each extraction tank, and the inlet and the outlet of the heating device are communicated with an external fluid media pipeline.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a countercurrent extraction tank group, which mainly solves the technical problems that the current countercurrent extraction machine group is limited by the place or can't be used when a steam boiler fails, and is characterized in that a heating device is included, wherein a heating medium inlet is arranged on the heating jacket of each extraction tank, the heating medium inlets are communicated with the outlet of the heating device, and the inlet of the heating device is connected with an external fluid media pipeline. The countercurrent extraction tank group has the effects that as the heating device is added, and the inlet and the outlet of the heating device are communicated with the external fluid medium pipeline and the heating jackets of the extraction tanks, when a steam boiler is not provided at the operating site or the steam boiler fails, the heating device can be used to heat the external fluid medium, and the fluid medium flows into the heating jacket through the pipeline, and therefore, the variation of medium heating is realized, the requirements of different sites is met, with the extraction tank group, the countercurrent extraction tank group can be independent of the limit of the place, and the normal operation can be ensured even though the steam boiler fails.

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-stage countercurrent absorption process and system for acidic gas was proposed, where a combination of a Venturi reactor and a rotating packed bed reactor is used as a reaction apparatus which is flexible to operate and has high mass transfer efficiency.
Abstract: The invention provides a multi-stage countercurrent absorption process and system for acidic gas. The absorption process employs a gas-liquid two-phase countercurrent absorption reaction and uses a NaOH solution as an absorption liquid to treat acidic gas so as to produce NaHS. According to the process, a crystallizer and a separator are arranged in a primary reaction and a secondary reaction, and heat is taken out of a reactor; and through filling of the NaOH solution in stages, peak clipping of reaction heat is realized, and local crystallization caused by generation of heat spots is prevented. A combination of a Venturi reactor and a rotating packed bed reactor is used as a reaction apparatus which is flexible to operate and has high mass transfer efficiency. The acidic gas absorption process provided by the invention is simple and can achieve the dual objectives of purification of acidic gas and reclamation of pollutants; and the acidic gas absorption system has the advantages of small scale, low energy consumption and low proneness to obstruction.
