TL;DR: In this article, an in-pipe gas-liquid two-phase countercurrent flow detection device has been proposed, where an exhaust pipe is inserted into a bottom part of a side face of a device body, and a differential pressure liquidometer is installed at a top part of the lower water box, so the flow of backflowing water is accurately measured according to a speed increase of a liquid level under a gas liquid countercurrent condition.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an in-pipe gas-liquid two-phase countercurrent flow detection device. An exhaust pipe is inserted into a bottom part of a side face of a device body, a pressure-type liquidometer is arranged at a position where the side face of the device body and an axis of the exhaust pipe are at the same height, and the exhaust pipe is connected with a lower water box, so water enters directly into the lower water box when water backflow occurs in the exhaust pipe, thereby preventing the water from entering into a wind supply part; a pressure meter is installed at a top part of the lower water box, and a differential pressure liquidometer is isntalled on the bottom part of the side face, so the flow of backflowing water is accurately measured according to a speed increase of a liquid level under a gas-liquid countercurrent flow condition; a detection part is used for detecting if backflowing of a liquid inside the exhaust pipe occurs; a data collection part is used for collecting gas temperature, gas flow, pressure, liquid level speed increase inside the lower water box and a liquid level of the device body; and a data processing part is used for obtaining a critical exhaust velocity for preventing occurrence of liquid backflowing and an in-pipe gas-liquid two-phase countercurrent flow characteristic pattern under a stable liquid backflowing condition based on preset rules. The in-pipe gas-liquid two-phase countercurrent flow detection device has the advantages of being accurate in measurement, low in cost and safe and reliable in operation.

Abstract: The invention discloses a steady-state solid-liquid two-phase solute concentration distribution model in a continuous reverse flow mass transfer process. The volume flow of a solid phase in a model independent variable is changed; Volume flow rate of liquid phase, the retention time of the solid phase in the continuous reverse flow mass transfer space is reserved, the coefficient of an equation set and the intermediate parameter of a matrix equation are obtained again, and a solute concentration distribution matrix meeting the expected requirement, the volume flow of the solid phase corresponding to the distribution matrix, the volume flow of the liquid phase and the retention time of the solid phase in the continuous reverse flow mass transfer space are obtained; The model utilizes a CFDmodel to obtain a flow field matrix. performing finite element redivision on the continuous countercurrent reaction process on the basis; meanwhile, solid-liquid two-phase diffusion mass transfer andconvection mass transfer are considered, a solid-phase, liquid-phase and boundary solute conservation equation set is established, compared with a mass transfer process directly defined in a CFD original program, calculation resources are greatly saved, the calculation efficiency of concentration field distribution is improved, and the method is more convenient to write into hardware to carry outlow-cost operation.
