TL;DR: A new image steganography scheme based on a U-Net structure that compresses and distributes the information of the embedded secret image into all available bits in the cover image, which not only solves the obvious visual cues problem, but also increases the embedding capacity.
Abstract: Traditional steganography methods often hide secret data by establishing a mapping relationship between secret data and a cover image or directly in a noisy area, but has a low embedding capacity. Based on the thought of deep learning, in this paper, we propose a new image steganography scheme based on a U-Net structure. First, in the form of paired training, the trained deep neural network includes a hiding network and an extraction network; then, the sender uses the hiding network to embed the secret image into another full-size image without any modification and sends it to the receiver. Finally, the receiver uses the extraction network to reconstruct the secret image and original cover image correctly. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme compresses and distributes the information of the embedded secret image into all available bits in the cover image, which not only solves the obvious visual cues problem, but also increases the embedding capacity.

TL;DR: In this article, an information carrier can only be read error-free by a playback device when the high requirements made of freedom from warping also remain guaranteed over long storage times.
Abstract: High storage density information carriers, particularly optically readable video discs and digital records, can only be read error-free by a playback device when the high requirements made of freedom from warping also remain guaranteed over long storage times. A cassette is provided to support and fix an information carrier only within its central portion which is free of information tracks and, by a sufficient spacing of the information carrier in the support-free area between a bottom portion and a cover portion contact with the information carrier in this area is avoided, even given consideration of maximally-admissible warping tolerances of the storage cassette and of the information carrier.

TL;DR: In this article, an auxiliary signal is extracted by generating replicas of received signals and correlating the replicas with the received signals, and then inserted back into the cover signal.
Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for embedding or encoding auxiliary signals (6) into an analog host or cover signal (2). A replica of the cover signal or a portion of the cover signal in a particular domain (time, frequency or space) is generated according to a stego key (9) specifying modification values to specified parameters of the cover signal. The replica signal is then modified by an auxiliary signal corresponding to the information to be embedded, and inserted back into the cover signal. Embedded auxiliary signals are extracted by generating replicas of received signals and correlating the replicas with the received signals.

TL;DR: A new technique of image steganography i.e. Hash-LSB with RSA algorithm is proposed for providing more security to data as well as the data hiding method.
Abstract: Steganography is a method of hiding secret messages in a cover object while communication takes place between sender and receiver. Security of confidential information has always been a major issue from the past times to the present time. It has always been the interested topic for researchers to develop secure techniques to send data without revealing it to anyone other than the receiver. Therefore from time to time researchers have developed many techniques to fulfill secure transfer of data and steganography is one of them. In this paper we have proposed a new technique of image steganography i.e. Hash-LSB with RSA algorithm for providing more security to data as well as our data hiding method. The proposed technique uses a hash function to generate a pattern for hiding data bits into LSB of RGB pixel values of the cover image. This technique makes sure that the message has been encrypted before hiding it into a cover image. If in any case the cipher text got revealed from the cover image, the intermediate person other than receiver can't access the message as it is in encrypted form.
