TL;DR: In this paper, a three-point power converter with NPC diodes between the halves of the bridge and the center tap of the intermediate circuit is proposed, in which a decoupling network (1) provided for the upper half of bridge, whose first input is connected to the positive pole of the intermediary circuit, and its first output connected to is connected with the positive poles of the three point power converter.
Abstract: It is a three-point power converter having NPC diodes between the halves of the bridge and the center tap of the intermediate circuit proposed, in which a decoupling network (1) provided for the upper half of the bridge, whose first input is connected to the positive pole of the intermediate circuit, and its first output connected to the is connected to the positive pole of the three-point power converter. Further, a decoupling network (2) for the lower bridge half is provided, the second input to the negative pole of the intermediate circuit is located, and whose second output is connected to the negative pole of the three-point power converter. The other inputs of the decoupling networks (1, 2) are connected to the center tap (3) of the intermediate circuit. The other outputs of the decoupling networks are connected via the NPC diodes to the bridge halves. The decoupling networks (1, 2) the commutation voltage for the main switch (T¶11¶ ... T¶34¶) decoupled in the upper and lower bridge halves independently of the half the intermediate circuit voltage (V¶dc¶ / 2).

TL;DR: A new series power decoupling method based on DC-DC flyback converter in conventional current source inverter (CSI) to reduced inherent power ripple with twice the line frequency in PV side without electrolytic capacitor is proposed.
Abstract: This paper proposes a new series power decoupling method based on DC-DC flyback converter in conventional current source inverter (CSI) to reduced inherent power ripple with twice the line frequency in PV side without electrolytic capacitor (E-cap). Simple structure with low component count are the advantages of proposed topology. The proposed topology operation is theoretically analyzed and verified by PSIM software simulation.

TL;DR: In this article, a simple, two electrode, spark gap with corona illumination is described, and the low jitter of this gap allows its insertion in the output line of a 15 kV generator without changing the output performance of the generator.
Abstract: Premature and inexact timing of thyratron generators may occur during parallel operation of capacitor discharge circuits. Voltage transients which enter the trigger circuits can be eliminated by decoupling spark gaps. A simple, two electrode, spark gap with corona illumination is described. The low jitter of this gap allows its insertion in the output line of a 15 kV thyratron generator without changing the output performance of the generator.
