TL;DR: In this paper, the tube sheets are formed as deep-drawn and stamped parts, each of which has a circumferential wall that projects outward beyond the ends of the tubes in the tube bundle.
Abstract: In a heat exchanger used especially as an exhaust heat exchanger, provision is made for tube sheets, the tubes of a tube bundle, and a housing to be shaped from stainless steel sheets. The tube sheets are formed as deep-drawn and stamped parts, each of which has a circumferential wall that projects outward beyond the ends of the tubes in the tube bundle. The walls are welded to the housing, and each of the walls is abutted by a diffuser.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a solution to prevent the reduction of blow-out air quantity when introducing primary air into an aspirator, which is provided in the vicinity of an air mix chamber.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of blow-out air quantity when introducing primary air into an aspirator SOLUTION: This aspirator 39 is provided in the vicinity of an air mix chamber 32 of an air conditioning unit case 20 When air-conditioned air flows into a venturi tube 40 and is blown from a diffuser 40b, internal air is sucked into an outlet of a secondary air suction nozzle 41 via a hose 43 communicated with a storing case 37 of an internal air temperature sensor 36 by a venturi effect Air discharged from the diffuser 40b is returned to a suction port 26a of an air blower 25 without leakage by a connection pipe 44 As a result the reduction of air quantity blown into a cabin from blow-off ports 33a to 33c can be prevented The primary air is heat-exchanged air-conditioned air, and thereby cooling and heating performance in the air conditioning unit case 20 can be assisted by blowing the primary air by the air blower COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
