TL;DR: In this article, a vibration insulation device for a handle of a vibratory machine is described, which is characterized by a spring K adapted to be displaced in the direction of unidirectional vibration transmitted to the handle, and a dynamic vibration absorber consisting of a cantilevered spring Kd, a magnetic damper and a conductive weight plate md provided in the section m to be insulated.
Abstract: A vibration insulation device for a handle of vibratory machine, which is characterized by comprising: a spring K adapted to be displaced in the direction of unidirectional vibration transmitted to the handle, and a dynamic vibration absorber consisting of a cantilevered spring Kd, a magnetic damper cd and a conductive weight plate md provided in the section m to be insulated. In case the vibration is directional, i.e. when the vibration is caused in X and Y directions, the above described unit consisting of the spring K and the dynamic vibration absorber is disposed for respective directions of vibration.

TL;DR: In this paper, a vibration absorber which comprises a damper provided between the flyweights and the shifter of a centrifugal governor for absorbing or lessening axial and/or radial vibrations produced by flyweights is described.
Abstract: A vibration absorber which comprises a damper provided between the flyweights and the shifter of a centrifugal governor for absorbing or lessening axial and/or radial vibrations produced in the flyweights. The absorber has a very simple construction, of which manufacture, mounting and maintenance can be carried out with facility. Also, it is free from resonance of the damper and its neighboring parts.

TL;DR: In this paper, a vibration absorber for a helicopter rotor includes a hub portion, a mass portion encircling the hub portion and a plurality of resilient arms extending in a spaced-apart spiral pattern between the hub and the mass.
Abstract: A vibration absorber for a helicopter rotor includes a hub portion, a mass portion encircling the hub portion and a plurality of resilient arms extending in a spaced-apart spiral pattern between the hub and the mass. In operation, the hub portion of the vibration absorber is mounted on a helicopter rotor so as to be rotated with the rotor about an axis of rotation of the rotor, the resilient arms ensuring that the mass is capable of equal resilient deflection in any direction within its plane of rotation whereby the vibration absorber simultaneously reduces in-plane vibration forces of different frequencies.

TL;DR: In this paper, a vibration absorber of the pendular type with two dynamic masses suspended in pendular fashion from a base member, and with at least one coil spring acting upon the masses to establish and linearize the vibration absorbers natural frequency is presented.
Abstract: A vibration absorber, which may be variable frequency, adapted to be fixedly mounted in a fixed vibration prone system. The vibration absorber is of the pendular-type with two dynamic masses suspended in pendular fashion from a base member, and with at least one coil spring acting upon the masses to establish and linearize the vibration absorber natural frequency. The absorber has a selectively constructed base member supporting two dynamic mass members on opposite sides thereof through three or more dually offset pendular connections and with mass member loads being reacted at I-shaped stations in the base member, and with one-piece, solid pin members extending through aligned holes in the base member and mass members, and with two deflected coil spring members imposing internal loads on the mass members to establish and linearize the vibration absorber natural frequency.

TL;DR: A vibration absorber for rotating body is described in this article, which consists of a disc capable of moving only in the horizontal direction accompanying the vibration of a pivot and an annular plate placed on the disc and capable of motion only in a vertical direction.
Abstract: A vibration absorber for rotating body of this invention comprises a disc capable of moving only in the horizontal direction accompanying the vibration of a pivot and an annular plate placed on the disc and capable of moving only in the vertical direction, the vibration energy of rotating body being absorbed by the shearing force of an oil film formed by the relative motion between the horizontally moving disc and the vertically moving annular plate.
