TL;DR: In this paper, a roll-scraping ear pick includes a stick, a seat as well as a screw spring set including an exterior screw spring and an interior screw spring is disclosed.
Abstract: A safe roll-scraping ear pick includes a stick, a seat as well as a screw spring set including an exterior screw spring and an interior screw spring is disclosed. The stick is provided on one end thereof with the seat; the screw spring set is slipped over the seat. Thereby, rings on the exterior screw spring of the screw spring set all have chances to contact a wall of an ear. By rolling to and fro of the stick, the multiple rings can scrape and remove ear wax. This can increase efficiency of cleaning with the safety of non-damage to the tissue of ears.

TL;DR: In this paper, a negative pressure attraction ear pick for the aged care is described, which is formed by a pick head and a pick handle, which are connected into a whole.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a negative pressure attraction ear pick for aged care, which is formed by a pick head (1) and a pick handle (2) which are connected into a whole. The negative pressure attraction ear pick for the aged care is characterized in that the pick handle (2) is a tube body; an attraction opening (7) is arranged inside the pick head (1) at the front end of the pick handle (2); the attraction opening (7) is communicated with a tube cavity of the pick handle (2); the outer end of the pick handle (2) is connected with an attraction tube (4) through a connector (3); and the attraction tube (4) is connected with a negative pressure attraction air bag (5). Comparatively finely crushed dirt can be easily taken out of an ear canal by adding the negative pressure attraction air bag (5), thereby the ear pick reduces labor intensity of medical workers.
