Abstract: Disclosed herein is a noncontact electric power feeding apparatus, including: a resonance element for supplying an alternative current electric power in a noncontact style in accordance with a resonance; an alternative current power source portion configured to generate an alternative current electric power to be supplied to said resonance element; and impedance adjusting portion provided between said alternative current power source portion and said resonance element and configured to variably control an impedance in accordance with a coupling coefficient between said noncontact electric power feeding apparatus and an electric power feeding destination of the alternative current electric power.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an electric power supplying apparatus, including: a resonance circuit having an inductance and a capacitance; and an electric power synthesizing circuit configured to synthesize electric powers of electric signals composed of a plurality of frequency components in a neighborhood frequency band as a frequency band near a resonance frequency decided by the inductance and the capacitance with one another, and output a resulting electric signal obtained through the electric power synthesis to the resonance circuit.

Abstract: The purchase allocation problem is one of the most important problems faced by an electric energy service provider under new market environments. The optimal purchase allocation problem for dual electric power markets and demand bid generation are discussed in this paper. The price volatility is explicitly considered in purchase allocation problems and the sequential nature is modeled by conditional stochastic characteristics. An analytical solution for the optimal allocation is derived with given demand and statistical characteristics of the market prices. The method for generating demand bids for purchaser based on market allocation and price forecasting is then developed. The numerical simulations for market allocation and bid generation are demonstrated based on the actual data of the U.S. California power market.

Abstract: A power feed portion includes a power storage portion and a power generating portion. The power storage portion includes a storage battery. The power feed portion feeds electric power to a plurality of on-vehicle loads. In cases where the sum of feedable electric power is smaller than the sum of required electric power or in cases where an electric quantity related to the sum of feedable electric power is smaller than an electric quantity related to the sum of required electric power, a control portion increases the sum of feedable electric power or decreases the sum of required electric power. The sum of feedable electric power is equal to electric power which can be fed from the power feed portion to the on-vehicle loads, and which contains electric power generated by the power generating portion and electric power feedable from the storage battery.

Abstract: Two juxtaposed retraction reels automatically and independently retract an output power plug cable and an input power cable connected to an accessory power input plug. The cables are connected to a power converter for converting electrical power to voltage and current power levels for use in lap top computers and so on. The input plug has a second Em power plug / auto-air adapter mechanically and ohmically coupled thereto for use with other power sources such as in airplanes and so on. A slider holds the plug tip to the carrying housing in the carrying mode, the retraction reel holding the other power input plug end to the housing via its cable.
