Abstract: A system for extending the Smart Meter's range to connect to Home Area Networks for energy monitoring and demand response in a variety of locations. The system has a data concentrator with a wireless communicating module configured to transmit and receive information at one or more first frequencies ranging up to 2.4 GHz, and a power-line module configured to transmit and receive information at one or more frequencies ranging from about 100 to 30 MHz. The data concentrator receives power information from one or more Smart Meters and convert the wireless signal to a power-line carrier signal over the existing all three phases of the AC wiring. The system also includes a wireless and power-line carrier bridge that converts the power-line carrier signal back to a wireless signal to connect to various Home Area Network (HAN) devices such as programmable communicating thermostats (PCTs), smart appliances and in-home displays (IHDs).

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning charge calculating device flexibly carrying out proportional division of charges of a plurality of air conditioning systems driven by different power sources. SOLUTION: Pulse signals transmitted from a gas flow meter of a gas heat pump of one system or more, an electric energy meter, a three phase electricity meter of an electric heat pump of one system or more, and a single phase electricity meter are received by a central control system. Furthermore, the central control system receives and records respective operation amounts of air conditioning indoor units. A proportional division method is set with respect to each of the air conditioning indoor units. An air conditioning charge calculator receiving data from the central control system proportionally divides a total consumption of each power source calculated from a pulse factor value to each air conditioning indoor unit by a ratio of operation amounts per air conditioner, and proportional division calculation of a usage fee per air conditioning indoor unit is carried out on the basis of its result. Abstract: The invention discloses an automatic intelligent power distribution system and a power distribution method. The power distribution system comprises a power distribution executing unit, and the power distribution executing unit receives a power distribution command from a power distribution monitoring terminal and gates a corresponding phase line on a three-phase power transmission line to a single-phase power supply line on an output side of the power distribution executing unit to achieve intelligent power distribution. According to the automatic intelligent power distribution system, low-voltage three-phase disequilibrium distribution on an input side of a single-phase user is achieved through the power distribution executing unit on an input side of an electricity meter of the single-phase user, the power distribution monitoring terminal receives the electrical load information of each single-phase user in a wireless or power line carrier communication mode, and a basis is provided for the equilibrium distribution of single-phase user quantity on each phase line of the three-phase power transmission line on the whole; the power distribution monitoring terminal sends the power distribution command to the power distribution executing unit and the power distribution executing unit enables each single-phase user to be connected to a corresponding power supply phase line in a grouping mode, and therefore equilibrium power distribution is achieved for single-phase users on a low-voltage side.

Abstract: The invention provides a block chain electricity transaction peak shaving and frequency modulating system based on distributed electric storage facilities. The block chain electricity transaction peakshaving and frequency modulating system comprises a household block chain electricity meter (1), distributed electric storage facilities (2) and a block chain control cloud platform (3) with a charge-discharge peak shaving and frequency modulating control function. The charge wall and storage battery charge-discharge system is arranged inside a regional power grid (4), the block chain control cloud platform (3) is used, intelligent control is carried out on the charge-discharge system in combination with an intelligent bidirectional electricity meter of a belt block chain module, a great dealof electricity is stored when the price for electricity is at a low ebb at night, and electricity is sold at high price at peaks demand for electricity in daytime, so that the design capacity of a transmission and distribution network can be greatly reduced, and the difference between peak and valley of the power grid can be optimally and flexibly balanced; and moreover, auxiliary service such aspower grid peak shaving and frequency modulation based on storage batteries can be carried out by using an intelligent contract of block chains.
