TL;DR: In this paper, the utility model relates to an electric vehicle charging pile with multi-path control charging sockets, where the main control board is respectively connected with a multihop charging socket control module and a plurality of monitoring boards.
Abstract: The utility model relates to an electric vehicle charging pile with multi-path control charging sockets. One charging pile can meet the simultaneous charging requirement of a plurality of electric vehicles and comprises a main control board. The main control board is respectively connected with a multi-path charging socket control module and a plurality of monitoring boards; the multi-path charging socket control module is also connected with the plurality of monitoring boards; and the main control board is also connected with a charging station backstage of the electric vehicle, a plurality of digital electric meters, an input and output device, an identification device and a network communication device.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe a new laser energy meter that converts light pressure to electromotive force, which has a sensitivity of 18.9 μV/J. The meter features fast response, short recovery time, and no interruption of the laser beam.
Abstract: This article describes a new laser energy meter that converts light pressure to electromotive force. This meter has a sensitivity of 18.9 μV/J. For single‐pulse laser beam energy of a transverse, electric, atmospheric CO2 laser device, the measurement range is from 100 mJ to several joules. It is suitable to measure the energy of laser beam with ultrashort pulse to picosecond durations. The meter features fast response, short recovery time, and no interruption of the laser beam.

01 Oct 2018TL;DR: A Deep Learning-based model reduced normalized disaggregation error (NDE) and signal aggregated error (SAE) in comparison with the FHMM models for the same appliances and increased percentage of time during which the machine is correctly classified as turned ON or OFF.
Abstract: Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) or Load Disaggregation is a set of techniques to identify and monitor loads from readings of aggregated signals from a unique electricity meter on a building. This paper presents a new dataset of industrial electric energy consumption and compares Factorial Hidden Markov Model and a Deep Learning-based model to disaggregate six different industrial machines from a site meter on a factory in Brazil. The Deep Learning-based model reduced normalized disaggregation error (NDE) and signal aggregated error (SAE) in comparison with the FHMM models for the same appliances. It also increased percentage of time during which the machine is correctly classified as turned ON or OFF.

TL;DR: In this article, a photo-diode is used to act as a current generator whose output is directly proportional to the optical power incident upon it, which provides a direct measurement of optical energy on a per pulse basis on single or repetitive laser pulses.
Abstract: A laser power-energy meter includes a photo-diode which acts as a current generator whose output is directly proportional to the optical power incident upon it. The meter provides a direct measurement of optical energy on a per pulse basis on single or repetitive laser pulses by measuring each pulse individually and storing and displaying the energy of the largest received. It also provides a measurement of the power of CW lasers. The measurements are in terms of amount of energy which would enter the human eye. The meter is battery operated and portable.

23 Aug 2012TL;DR: In this article, an electricity storage device is connected to electrical lines for storing electricity and a consumption control unit is provided in a specified time slot that is determined based on a power supply contract.
Abstract: The system (10) has a solar electricity generator (16) producing solar electricity by sunlight. An electricity storage device i.e. battery (24), is connected to electrical lines i.e. alternating-current lines (11), for storing electricity. A consumption control unit (18) is provided in a specified time slot that is determined based on a power supply contract. The control unit performs consumption control such that the storage device stores a surplus of electric solar when an amount of the produced electricity is larger than an amount of electric current consumed by an electrical load.
