Abstract: The invention relates to a transformer area phase identification method based on synchronous sampling of a concentrator and an electricity meter. The concentrator is synchronized with a collector, theconcentrator and the collector do not include time delay almost, and thus, after that the concentrator issues an ordered sampling instruction to the collector, the concentrator and the collector start data collection in the same ordered sampling time point, and the accuracy of the transformer area phase identification is improved; three-phase voltage data, collected by the concentrator, of a master meter of a transformer area and voltage data, obtained by the concentrator from the collector, of the single-phase electricity meter are processed to obtain standard deviations of the voltage of the single-phase electricity meter relative to phases of voltages of the master meter of the transformer area, and the phase connected to the single-phase electricity meter is determined according to whether voltage fluctuation curves between the single-phase electricity meter and the three phases of the master meter of the transformer area are similar on the basis of the three standard deviations.The phase identification rate of the single-phase electricity meter in the transformer area can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter display device capable of displaying a condition of variation of a plurality of parameters related to a hybrid automobile; to provide its method; and to provide a hybrid automobile with the display device mounted thereon. SOLUTION: A meter ECU determines whether a shift position SP is set in an S-range, that is, a sequential range or not, and displays a power meter 92 showing a condition of variation of an engine output power Pe outputted from an engine on a meter display panel 90 when it is not set in the S-range. When it is set in the S-range, the electronic control unit for a hybrid executes rendering control of engine revolutions for once decreasing engine revolutions as if upshift were actually executed when an upshift operation is carried out, and for once increasing the revolutions of the engine 22 as if downshift were actually executed when a downshift operation is carried out, whereby a tachometer 94 showing the condition of variation of the engine revolutions is displayed on the meter display panel 90. Abstract: A power meter for measuring power consumption and detecting the presence of an unsafe line condition is disclosed The power meter has a service disconnect switch, which is interposed between load contacts and source contacts, the disconnect switch interrupts the flow of power from the source contacts to the load contacts when the disconnect switch is in an open position The power meter also has a processor coupled to a two input signal processing circuit The two input signal processing circuit receives a first and second voltage signal from the load contacts The two input signal processing circuit converts the first and second voltage signal into a first and second voltage value The processor computes the power consumption using the first and second voltage values in combination with current values The processor uses the first or second voltage values to determine the presence of an unsafe line condition when either the first or second voltage value exceeds a first voltage threshold or the first or second voltage value is below a second voltage threshold when the service disconnect switch is in the open position

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security device, a monitoring system, and a security state switching method capable of switching security states, depending on the use/non-use of a room, without performing complicated operation. SOLUTION: In the security device for detecting abnormality for each of a plurality of security areas, an electricity meter part 101 measures electricity used every security area. An absence determining part 104 determines whether there is a person in the security area by comparing the measured electricity with a predetermined absence determining electricity. A security state switch part 106 switches the security state of the security, area from a security cancelation mode in which an alarm is not transmitted to a monitoring center, when abnormality is detected to an attention-calling mode, in which it is notified that abnormality is detected in the security area, when abnormality is detected.
