Abstract: The invention discloses a residential power monitoring method and system based on power line communication. The method comprises that all household electrical appliances and an intelligent electric meter in a house are connected with a central controller to complete networking; the central controller collects power utilization data of each household electric appliance, stores the data in a database, and displays the data via reports; and the central controller detects whether abnormity occurs the household electrical appliances, and if yes, warming is sent to a user terminal. According to the invention, all the household electrical appliances are connected to the residential intelligent network, simple interaction protocols are combined with instant messaging technology to monitor and analyze the appliances in the network as well as the power utilization condition of the appliances, early warning is given to the appliance that is connected to the network newly, and alarming is raised against abnormal power utilization condition.

Abstract: The invention discloses a credit management billing method and system of an intelligent electric meter system. The method comprises the following steps that: S1, the credit of a subscriber is rated; and S2, a line of credit which exceeds an electricity utilization limit is provided for the subscriber according to the credit rating of the subscriber. According to the credit management billing method and system of the invention, the credit of the subscriber is rated according to the historical information of the subscriber, and the line of credit which exceeds the electricity utilization limit is provided for the subscriber according to the credit rating of the subscriber. With the credit management billing method and system adopted, inconvenience and loss caused by a situation that power outage occurs as long as the balance of an intelligent electric meter subscriber is used up can be avoided; and credit ratings are allocated dynamically, and therefore, the loss of a power supply unit caused by malicious excess electricity utilization can be effectively avoided. The method and system have the advantages of easiness in implementation, stability, reliability, great economic and social benefits. The method and system of the invention can be widely applied to the billing systems of various kinds of intelligent electric meters.

Abstract: The invention relates to a prepaid time-sharing electric meter system of a CPU card, which comprises a prepaid electric meter of the CPU card, the CPU card, a key management system of the CPU card, an electric sales point operation system of the CPU card, an electric consumption operation management system of the CPU card and a palm computer; the prepaid electric meter of the CPU card can measure the electricity, receive data from the CPU card and return and write the data to the CPU card; the key management system of the CPU card is responsible to distribute and manage the keys in the CPU card; the electric sales point operation system of the CPU card completes the writing of the data to the CPU card; the electric consumption operation management system of the CPU card runs on the electric sales point operation system of the CPU card and processes and records the acquired electric bill and the management information; the palm computer corrects the time and copies the data. The prepaid time-sharing electric meter system of the invention has the advantages that by the purchase of electricity from the electric sales point operation system of the CPU card, the prepaid electric consumption by the user can be realized; the correctness of the electric billing can be guaranteed by the management of the electric consumption process by the electric consumption operation management system of the CPU card.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the actual power usage of a consumer close to a scheduled power usage. SOLUTION: The electric energy actually used by each consumer 20 is measured by a power meter 22, and transmitted to a demand management server 11 through a communication line 32. Information on the scheduled power usage is also transmitted from an information terminal 21 to the demand management server 11 through the communication line 32. In the demand management server 11, the actual power usage of each consumer 20 is compared with the scheduled power usage, and a discount of power rate is determined when the actual power usage does not exceed the scheduled power usage, on condition that the scheduled power usage is received from the consumer 20 in advance, and information according to this determination is transferred to the information terminal 21.
