TL;DR: This work presents a new fully integrated notch filter exhibiting high linearity and low power consumption and the design is optimized for low power operation using an efficient circuit topology and an ultra-low power operational amplifier.
Abstract: Powerline interference is one of the most dominant problems in detection and processing of biopotential signals. This work presents a new fully integrated notch filter exhibiting high linearity and low power consumption. High filter linearity is preserved utilizing active-RC approach while IC implementation is achieved through replacing passive resistors by R-2R ladders achieving area saving of approximately 120 times. The filter design is optimized for low power operation using an efficient circuit topology and an ultra-low power operational amplifier. Fully differential implementation of the proposed filter shows notch depth of 43 dB (78 dB for 4th-order) with THD of better than -70 dB while consuming about 150 nW from 1.5 V supply.

TL;DR: An inverting type current conveyor (ICCII) is presented and its usefulness in active filter synthesis illustrated by presenting a new current-mode universal filter using this element.
Abstract: An inverting type current conveyor (ICCII) is presented and its usefulness in active filter synthesis illustrated by presenting a new current-mode universal filter using this element. The universal filter configuration based on the implementation of first-order allpass sections employs the absolute minimum number of passive and active components and hence leads to a filter circuit with very simple implementation.

TL;DR: In this paper, a polyphase filter coupled with a first circuit component and a second circuit component is used to propagate four input current signals to the poly-phase filter, which produces four output current signals that are out of phase with each other.
Abstract: A filter circuit includes a polyphase filter coupled to a first circuit component and a second circuit component. The first circuit component propagates four input current signals to the polyphase filter. The third and fourth input current signals are substantially one-hundred-eighty degrees out of phase with the first and second input current signals. The polyphase filter receives the input current signals and generates four output current signals that are out of phase with each other. The second circuit component generates first and second output signals using the four output current signals. The first and second output signals are ninety degrees out of phase with each other.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a high brightness LED driving power without an electrolytic capacitor, which comprises a primary power circuit, an output current detect filter circuit, input voltage feed forward circuit, output current feedback control circuit, a multiplier and a pulse-width modulation chip.
Abstract: The invention relates to a high brightness LED driving power without an electrolytic capacitor, which comprises a primary power circuit, an output current detect filter circuit, an input voltage feed forward circuit, an output current feedback control circuit, a multiplier and a pulse-width modulation chip. The flyback converter topology is used to work in the current-interruption mode, power factor correction is automatically realized, the methods of series inductance and filter capacitor are added and used so as that output current can be close to ideal sine square wave; appropriate low-order harmonic is injected into input current to further lower peak-to-average ratio of output current, which is realized by input current feed forward method of altering the change regularity of dutyfactor in the working frequency cycle and future lowering peak-to-average ratio of output current to 1.38. The driving power with high power factor and low peak-to-average of output current can be provided for high brightness LED lamps without electrolytic capacitor. By canceling the electrolytic capacitor with large volume, short service life and high capacity, the driving power of the invention has the advantages of small volume, long service life and the like.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a new equivalent circuit model for IDTs with leaky SAWs, which includes the propagation losses due to leakage and conductances caused by bulkwave radiation.
Abstract: Design methodology and experimental results for a new type of SAW filter called an "extended SAW resonator coupled filter" used in 800 MHz and 0.6 to 1.0 watt cellular radios are presented. The new filters have very small nonlinearities as well as high-performance and high-power characteristics. We have proposed a new equivalent circuit model for IDTs with leaky SAWs, which includes the propagation losses due to leakage and conductances caused by bulkwave radiation. Synthesis procedures for the new SAW filters based on the new treatments of leaky SAWs are discussed, and simulation and experimental results are also given. The new filters satisfy not only the required frequency-response specifications but also the spurious response sensitivity for an antenna duplexer used in USA cellular radio. >
