Abstract: An active microwave filter has been newly developed by using dielectric resonators combined with active elements. The purpose of this paper is to describe about the new technique and the performance of the active filter at 6 GHz band. The value of the equivalent unloaded Q of the resonant element exceeds 37,000 in our experiment.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the passing bandwidth of the resonator type surface acoustic wave filter. SOLUTION: Serial arm elements 30S-1, 30S-23, and 30S-4 pass signals of frequencies above a resonance frequency and below an antiresonance frequency well and do not pass frequencies above the antiresonance frequency well. Parallel arm elements 30P-12 and 30P-34 pass frequencies above the resonance frequency and below the antiresonance frequency well and do not pass frequencies below the resonance frequency well. Consequently, this resonator type SAW filter pass signals of frequencies from the resonance frequency of the parallel arm elements 30P-12 and 30P-34 to the antiresonance frequency of the serial arm elements 30S-1, 30S-23, and 30S-4 to serve as a band-pass filter. A piezoelectric substrate 31 has a large electromechanical coupling coefficient, so the bandwidths of serial arm resonators 40S-1, 40-S-23, and 40S-4 and parallel arm resonators 40P-12 and 40P-34 become unnecessarily wide. Therefore, capacitors 50S-1, 50S-23, 50S-4, 50S-12, and 50P-34 are connected to those respective resonators in series to reduce and adjust the bandwidth.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic surge measure circuit for protecting a high frequency component such as high frequency switch or SAW filter from electrostatic surge, and an antenna switch module in which measures are taken to cope with the electrostatic surge. SOLUTION: The high-pass filter has a serial resonance circuit composed of an inductor L1 connected between an input terminal P1 and the ground, a capacitor C1 connected between the input terminal P1 and an output terminal P2, an inductor L2 connected to the output terminal P2 and a capacitor C2 connected between the inductor L2 and the ground. Besides, in the multi-band antenna switch circuit and the multi-band antenna switch lamination module, such a high-pass filter to cope with the electrostatic surge is incorporated. Abstract: The invention comprises: a motherboard circuit processor unit, a power and charging management circuit, a walk driving circuit, a grass-cutting driving circuit, a remote receiving circuit, an infrared detection circuit, a virtual line detecting circuit, a filter circuit, a hit processing circuit, a remote controller circuit. The motherboard processor unit is connected to the other circuits via each functional pin; the walk driving circuit is used for controlling the direction and speed of the mowing motor; the grass-cutting driving circuit is used for turn on or off the mowing motor; the infrared circuit uses a infrared transmitting tube and receiving tube to collect signals; the virtual line detecting circuit is used for converting the electromagnetic field signal produced by the virtual line into the electric signal; the filter circuit is used for filtering the virtual line signal.

Abstract: A new converter topology for switched reluctance motor drives is proposed in this paper. It has the advantages of minimum number of power switching devices, same voltage rating for all of them, variable DC link voltage for application to the motor windings to reduce the switching frequency of the phase switches and hence the switching and core losses but higher and fixed DC link voltage for faster commutation of phase currents. The converter provides a full four quadrant operation with the advantageous and important control features of independent energization and commutation of each phase winding. Further it requires no snubbing for its phase switches and only a minimum set of logic power supplies as all the phase switches have the same common. It has the disadvantages of requiring a chopper section with its attendant passive filter for reducing the DC link voltage for motor winding application. It is found that it is superior to many other (m+1) switch configurations, where m is the number of machine phases, due to the advantages described earlier. The principle of operation, modes of operation, design of the chopper stage, performance constraints and evaluation of the commutation time and rise in the source capacitor voltage for design of the machine side converter, merits and demerits of the proposed converter topology for the switched reluctance motor drives are systematically developed in this paper.
