TL;DR: In this paper, a write voltage detection circuit was proposed to prevent the erroneous selection of an address and the erroneous read of data at a data verifying time by detecting that a write signal Vpp becomes a read voltage level (12.4) and generating a switching signal SW being an active level.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous selection of an address and the erroneous read of data at a data verifying time. CONSTITUTION:This memory is provided with a write voltage detection circuit 7 detecting that a write signal Vpp becomes a write voltage level (12.4) and generating a switching signal SW being an active level. Further, this memory is provided with a filter circuit 8 eliminating the prescribed frequency component of the output signal of the input circuit of an address buffer circuit 1 when the switching signal SW is an active level.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for the synthesis of active filters based on processing of wave quantities is presented and some experimental results confirm the feasibility of the principle and possibilities for practical implementation are shown.
Abstract: Inductorless active filters which are derived from double terminated classical reactance filters, such as gyrator-capacitor filters and filters using the FDNR concept, are known to exhibit low sensitivity. Stimulated by the ideas underlying the method of wave digital filters the attempt has been made to establish a concept for the synthesis of active filters which is based on processing of wave quantities. In this paper the method leading to this new kind of active filters is presented and possibilities for practical implementation are shown. Some experimental results confirm the feasibility of the principle.

TL;DR: In this article, a hybrid compensation system consisting of an active filter and distributed passive filters is presented, where each individual filter is connected to a distortion source and designed to eliminate main harmonics and supply reactive power for the distortion source, while the active filter is responsible for the correction of the system unbalance and the cancellation of the remaining harmonics.
Abstract: This paper presents a hybrid compensation system consisting of an active filter and distributed passive filters In the system, each individual passive filter is connected to a distortion source and designed to eliminate main harmonics and supply reactive power for the distortion source, while the active filter is responsible for the correction of the system unbalance and the cancellation of the remaining harmonics The paper also analyzes the effects of the circuit configuration on the system impedance characteristics and consequently the effectiveness of the filter system Simulation studies are performed for a power system including the dispersed generation units connected into the system through power electronic converters and diode rectifier loads, which produce the distorted waveforms The simulation results have demonstrated that good compensation effects can be achieved by using the combined filter system consisting of distributed passive filters and an active filter

TL;DR: In this paper, a time-domain technique for the design of passive power line conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters in the frequency range 150 kHz-30 MHz is described.
Abstract: A time-domain technique for the design of passive power line conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters in the frequency range 150 kHz-30 MHz is described. A digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) with adequate sampling, storing and processing features is sufficient for the design using the proposed technique. Accordingly, Agilent's Infiniium Oscilloscope (Model 54810A) has been used. The signals from LISN are directly fed into the two channels of the DSO where they are added and subtracted to separate the CM and DM components, thereby eliminating the need for common-mode-differential mode (CM-DM) separator. These components are stored in the DSO. A specially designed filter design software (FDS), residing in the DSO, estimates the noise spectrum by computing the Bartlett and Welch periodograms. It also computes the filter component values. Thus, the sampling of the conducted noise, separation of CM and DM components, signal processing, and filter value computations are all done using one DSO. A spectrum analyzer is not required. Bartlett periodograms have been preferred over Welch periodograms due to low memory storage requirements of the former. The proposed technique has been applied to the design of power line filter for a switched mode power supply (SMPS), and satisfactory results have been obtained. The proposed measurement scheme is compact, economical, and convenient. All the details of this work are presented

TL;DR: In this paper, a new type of SAW filter called lextended SAW resonator coupled filter for 800-MHz and 0.6 to 1.0 W cellular-radio pocket phones has been developed.
Abstract: New types of SAW filter called lextended SAW resonator coupled filterr have been developed for 800-MHz and 0.6 to 1.0 W cellular-radio pocket phones. They have not only high-performance and high-power characteristics but also very small 3rd-order nonlinearities. We investigated a new equivalent circuit for IDTs with leaky SAWs. This circuit includes propagation losses due to leakage and conductance caused by bulkwave radiation. Design and synthesis procedures for the new SAW filters based on new treatments of leaky SAWs are discussed. Simulation and experimental results are also given for the frequency characteristics of the filters used in an antenna duplexer of USA cellular radio
