Abstract: A cold gas spray gun is disclosed. The spray gun includes a high-pressure gas heater which has a pressure vessel through which gas flows and a heating element situated in the pressure vessel, as well as a mixing chamber in which particles can be admixed with the gas through a particle feed. A Laval nozzle is arranged downstream in the direction of flow of the gas and consists of a convergent section, a nozzle throat and a divergent section. The high-pressure gas heater and/or the mixing chamber is/are at least partially insulated on the inside in the areas of contact with the gas.

Abstract: A CVD (chemical vapor deposition) reactor is disclosed to include a reaction chamber, a gas heater, a substrate holder, a substrate heater, hot filaments, an electric field generator, and a magnetic field generator. By means of preheating applied gas with the gas heater and heating the substrate with the substrate holder and the hot filaments, the gas and substrate heating speed is accelerated, thereby saving much deposition time and greatly improving deposition efficiency. Matching with the electric field generator and the magnetic field generator, the ionization of applied gas in the reaction chamber is enhanced and, the uniformity of the thickness of deposition of metal substance on the surface of the substrate(s) is increased.

SOLUTION: The fluidized bed combined power generation system comprises a combination of a fluidized bed combustion boiler 1, the gas turbine using heat generated in the fluidized bed combustion boiler 1 as a heat source, a steam turbine 5 using at least one of heat exhausted from the gas turbine and the heat generated in the fluidized bed combustion boiler, as a heat source, and a compressor 3 for compressing at least operating fluid in the gas turbine, to generate power with the gas turbine and the steam turbine 5. The operating fluid in the expander 2 of the gas turbine is gas 24 only which is heated with combustion exhaust gas 30 from the fluidized bed combustion boiler 1 by a gas heater 11, without containing the combustion exhaust gas 30 from the fluidized bed combustion boiler 1.
