Abstract: The invention provides a constant-temperature gas heater control method and a constant-temperature gas heater. The constant-temperature gas heater comprises a main control panel, a heat exchanger, a combuster, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, and further comprises a bypass pipe. The bypass pipe is connected with the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, and is provided with a bypass water server. An outlet of the heat exchanger is provided with a first temperature sensor. An outlet of the water outlet pipe is provided with a second temperature sensor. The first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor and the bypass water server are respectively in electric connection with the main control panel. The bypass pipe is arranged between the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, the bypass pipe is provided with the bypass water server, and the main control panel controls the bypass water server to operate to adjust water flow of the bypass pipe according to temperature information collected by the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor, so the water outflowing temperature of the water outlet pipe is constant, the situation that hot water at exceedingly high temperature is output is avoided, the water outflowing temperature of the constant-temperature gas heater is constant, and comfort and safety of the constant-temperature gas heater are improved.

Abstract: Heating by gas combustion is widespread in residential and industrial environments, through the use of different types of systems and plants. A relevant case is that of gas stoves, where the heat-radiating unit operates autonomously with local gas feeding. A thermoelectric generator (TEG) can be integrated within this type of autonomous gas heater, for local production of electric power, so that devices requiring electric power can be added, where desired, without the need for any connection to the electrical grid. This approach can also lead to easier installation and operation, and eventually increases the overall efficiency. Following the development plan presented in a previous report, a new prototype of an autonomous gas heater for outdoor use has been implemented through the integration of an improved TEG device with a simple and robust design, which can be easily operated by the end-user. A small amount of heat is withdrawn and converted into electricity by the TEG, providing self-sustaining operation and, moreover, powering additional functions such as high-efficiency light-emitting diode lighting.

The auxiliary heating system comprises a nitrogen storage tank (1), a filter (2), a gas heater (3), a hot nitrogen input pipe (4), a main container (5), a safety container (6), gas extractors (7), pipelines and valves, wherein the pipelines and the valves are used for interconnecting devices. The system has the advantages that the function that a liquid-metal coolant in a liquid metal pool type reactor is subjected to auxiliary heating from the outside of the main container of the reactor is realized, the system is simple in structure, components in the reactor are not required for being added or started during operation, so that liquid metal in the main container can form micro natural circulation after the operation of the system, and meanwhile, the reliability and safety of the reactor can be effectively improved.

Abstract: FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of generating a stream and a continuous-action wind tunnel which covers the entire hypersonic range of speeds with Mach number M?5, wherein to generate a high-pressure gas, liquefied gas is used instead of multiple-stage compressors. The method involves creating a vacuum in a vacuum chamber, generating a high-pressure gas and controlling pressure thereof; heating the gas, pumping the gas from the vacuum chamber is carried out using cryopumps; gas from the vacuum chamber is chilled on cryopanels into a solid phase; and the cryopanels are regenerated by releasing gas at a higher pressure and temperature into the insulated cavity of the cryopump. The liquefied gas obtained as a result of regeneration is fed into a reservoir for storing liquefied gas which, when necessary, is converted to a high-pressure gas and fed into the reservoir for storing high-pressure gas and used in systems for generating, controlling pressure and heating the gas. The apparatus has a high-pressure gas source with a pressure control system, a gas heater, a hypersonic nozzle, a working part, a diffuser, a system for cooling gas after passing through the working part, a vacuum chamber, pumps for preliminary and final pumping of gas from the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is evacuated using cryopumps in which gas is not released from the evacuated chamber but is condensed into a solid phase on pre-cooled cryopanels. The cryopanels are made from porous metal with an open pore system. Pulsed operating mode of the cryopumps, i.e. pre-chilling of cryopanels before operation and in intervals between launches, and the porous cryopanels enable to "recycle" virtually any gas flow through the hypersonic nozzle. The outer surface of the hypersonic nozzle inside the working part of the wind tunnel is provided with coils for cooling the nozzle walls, wherein the system for cooling the high-pressure gas coming from the working part is placed inside the vacuum chamber. Furthermore, the wind tunnel has a liquefied gas reservoir with a transfer pump and expander-generator sets for generating electrical energy.EFFECT: faster gas pumping, low power consumption when producing high-pressure gas, longer operation of a wind tunnel, wider range of analysed models with invariable geometric parameters of the nozzle outlet section.2 cl, 1 dwg

According to the multi-energy combination hot water system, when a water heater is used by a large number of users, solar energy, a heat pump, gas and electric heating are started sequentially by a system controller, so that comfortable water experience is provided for the users quickly to achieve an optimum energy-saving effect; each heating unit is an independent heating unit; the modular design of the heating units is adopted, interfaces are unified, and later-period maintenance and replacement are convenient, so that the cost is reduced; and a gas heater and an electric heater are arranged on the upper side, so that hot water can be provided quickly when external environment is poor.

Because the heating process is carried out outside the core battery pile, the heating process and a reaction process in the core battery pile are more balanced, and the energy utilization rate is higher.

One end of the gas heater is connected with the laval nozzle, and the other end of the gas heater is connected with the powder feeder. One end of the powder feeder is connected with the control system, and the other end of the powder feeder is connected with one end of the powder heater. The other end of the powder heater is connected with the laval nozzle. In preparation of 316L stainless steel coating by utilization of the device, the technological parameters are as follows: the carrier gas preheating temperature is 200-600 DEG C, the spraying distance is 10-30 mm, the spraying pressure is 1.5-2.5 MPa, and the powder-feeding heating temperature is 200-500 DEG C. The modified cold spraying device heats the stainless steel powder from the powder feeder, and a compact stainless steel coating tightly combining with a matrix is obtained.

In the dehydration device, a portion of the CO2 gas dehydrated by the adsorption towers currently in the adsorption process is heated by a regeneration gas heater and supplied to an adsorption tower (A) currently in the regeneration process, whereupon the CO2 gas supplied to the regeneration gas heater and the CO2 gas discharged from adsorption towers currently in the regeneration process undergo heat exchange by the regeneration gas heater. In the dehydration device, heat-exchanged CO2 gas discharged from an adsorption tower (62) currently in the regeneration process is cooled by a regeneration gas cooler, and condensed moisture is separated from the cooled CO2 gas, and returned to the adsorption towers. Consequently, the dehydration device can minimize the increase in utility consumption due to the regeneration process.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for assembling and disassembling a burner of a gas heater.
