Abstract: The invention discloses a transcritical circulation cooling heat and power cogeneration system employing CO2 as a working medium. The system comprises a cooling system, a power generation system, a heating system and a gas heater, wherein the cooling system comprises a compressor, an evaporator, an ejector, a throttling valve and a gas-liquid separator; the heating system comprises a heater and a gas cooler; the power generation system comprises an intermediate extraction expander and a power generator. According to the system, an extensive low-grade heat source is used for heating the CO2 working medium, the power generation system applies work to generate power through the expander, and a part of expansion power is recovered; the heat of the CO2 working medium at an outlet of the expander is supplied to a user; an ejection cooling mode is used for cooling; a combined design of the intermediate extraction expander and the ejector is adopted on the basis of a transcritical CO2 compression cooling system, the gas heater is additionally arranged, and the low-grade heat source is utilized, so that cooling heat and power cogeneration is realized.

A laser light path system is arranged at the upper end of a metal sealed cabin; a powder filter is arranged at one end of the metal sealed cabin, while a powder nozzle is arranged at the other end of the metal sealed cabin; an oxygen filter is communicated with the powder filter; a first three-way gas valve is connected with the oxygen filter, a powder storage tank and a circulating pump, respectively; the powder storage tank is connected with a powder roller; a second three-way gas valve is connected with the circulating pump, an inert gas source and a gas heater, respectively; the powder roller and the gas heater are communicated with the powder nozzle, respectively; a powder scraper is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the metal sealed cabin and connected with an inert gas outlet; a worktable is manufactured at the bottom of the metal sealed cabin and a lead screw turntable is manufactured on the lower part of the worktable; and a central control system is communicated with an oxygen content sensor, a humidity sensor and a pressure sensor, respectively. Abstract: An optimized system creates potable water from water vapor in the atmosphere, or purifies salt water or contaminated water. The system employs a condenser having multiple metal condensation surfaces. These condensation surfaces are cooled by coolant passing through conduits attached to the condensation surfaces. The coolant is cooled by a cooling unit. Power is supplied to the cooling unit by solar photovoltaic panels, or wind turbines, or the electric grid. The system can be mobile or fixed and can produce potable water at remote locations. The system may employ an evaporator which evaporates non-potable water into an air stream. The evaporator includes a solar or gas heater which increases the temperature of the air. Metals may be extracted from the salt water. If sewage is used, solid organic waste may be processed into combustible gas which is burned by an engine running a generator to power that system.

Abstract: A system and method for the fluidized direct reduction of iron ore concentrate powder. A two-phase fluidized bed is used for the direct reduction of iron ore concentrate powder. Each phase of the fluidized bed is formed by a bubbling bed and a circulating bed. Use of serial-connection processing involving gas and of high-gas-velocity processing of the circulating bed increase the gas utilization rate and the reduction efficiency of single-phase reduction. Once reduced gases are subjected to preheating, each gas is sent into an initial reduction phase and a final reduction phase so as to implement reduction of minerals. Use of mixed-connection processing involving gas appropriately reduces processing pressure. Hot flue gas produced by combustion in a gas heater is sent to a mineral pre-heating system that is used for pre-heating iron ore concentrate powder.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that may include providing a wellhead gas burner to burn wellhead gas produced from a wellhead to heat water and/or other chemicals used in hydrocarbon production and/or well completion processes, including, but not limited to hydraulic fracturing (fracking). The wellhead gas burner may include a pressure regulator and an expansion chamber that permit the wellhead gas burner to continuously operate and accommodate wellhead gas pressure fluctuations. The wellhead gas burner may also be configured as a primary heat source and integrated with a traditional propane/diesel gas burner system configured as a supplemental heat source. The wellhead gas burner may also be mounted to a mobile superheater truck.

A circulation gas exhaust channel portion 31c for discharging a part of the circulation heated gas from the gas circulation line 31 and introducing the part of the circulation heated gas to an inlet of a bag filter 16, and a supplementation outdoor air introduction channel portion 31d for introducing outdoor air into the gas circulation line 31 when the part of the circulation heated gas is discharged are provided in this gas circulation line 31. Heat decomposition components of the circulation heated gas discharged from the circulation gas exhaust channel portion 31c are captured by the bag filter 16 and then discharged from the bypass exhaust line 30 into atmosphere.

Abstract: Material balance calculation was adopted to a wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system for exploring impacts of gas-gas heater (GGH). Effects of GGH on flue and water consumption were analyzed. Results showed that inlet flue temperature of desulfurization tower reduced by 3.4 °C at 100% load after installation of GGH. Exhausted gas temperature of system increased by 34.9°C. The heat release of original flue in desulfurization tower reduced by 43.72%. Plume rise height was significantly improved. Water evaporation in desulfurization tower declined by 42.07%.Amount of addendum water reduced by 39.06%, and water vapor carried by flue decreased by 19.78% at the outlet of WFGD. Therefore, operation condition of flue emission is improved and water consumption decreases with GGH.

The gas water heater comprises an operation interface having an ECO function key, a proportioning valve and a controller used for controlling the gas water heater to enter an energy-saving mode after the ECO function key is triggered, acquiring a target temperature corresponding to the energy-saving mode, and adjusting the proportioning valve according to the target temperature. By the gas heater and the controlling method thereof, temperature, water and gas are automatically matched through the energy-saving position ECO function so as to save energy.

The method comprises the following steps: introducing a methanol relief gas or a tail gas obtained after hydrogen extraction of the methanol relief gas into a regenerated gas heat exchanger in the variable temperature adsorbent regeneration process of the converter gas in order to realize the heat exchange heating of the methanol relief gas or the tail gas obtained after hydrogen extraction of the methanol relief gas and a regenerated gas, introducing the regenerated gas into a regenerated gas heater, heating, introducing the heated regenerated gas to a converter gas variable temperature adsorber for regenerating an adsorbent for regeneration, introducing a gas from the converter gas variable temperature adsorber into the regenerated gas heater for heat exchange cooling, introducing the obtained gas into a water cooler for cooling, and sending the cooled gas to a fuel tube network as a fuel. The method avoids wastewater generated through steam regeneration to realize sewage treatment reduction, and allows energy saving and consumption reduction to be realized by reducing regeneration heat consumption and reducing cooling water consumption via adopting the heat exchange of the regenerated gas and a regeneration gas.

Abstract: The invention relates to an online dehumidification and deoxidation device for continuous production of carbon fibers, belonging to the field of novel material production. The online dehumidification and deoxidation device consists of a flange connected with an inlet of a carbonization furnace, one or more groups of gas purging pipes with adjustable blowing angles, gas purging pipe fixing nuts, a gas heater and a waste gas discharge hole. After the online dehumidification and deoxidation device is adopted, for the running silk flocks with different sizes, the online dehumidification and deoxidation effect for the fiber can be realized in the carbonation process by adjusting the nitrogen blowing angle. In the operation process, the content of water and oxygen which are brought into a hearth by the fibers can be reduced to less than 5%; compared with the condition that the online dehumidification and deoxidation device is not installed, the online dehumidification and deoxidation device is capable of improving the strength of the carbon fiber by more than 7%. The device can be conveniently connected with the existing carbonization device by the flange, and has the characteristics of being small in volume, simple in structure, easy to manufacture and simple and convenient to maintain.

The methanation reaction process comprises the steps that the raw gas is sent to a desulfurization tank to be desulfurized after undergoing gas-liquid separation in a gas-liquid separation tank and then is sent to a feed gas heater to exchange heat with the reaction gas coming out of an isothermal reactor to be heated, the heated raw gas is sent to the isothermal reactor to react and the reaction gas after reaction is sent to the feed gas heater to exchange heat with the raw gas to be cooled and then is sent to a low-temperature adiabatic reactor to further fully react, thus obtaining the methane gas. The process has the advantages of extremely simple flow, reliability in control, low equipment investment, low operating cost, energy conservation and consumption reduction and capability of obtaining high-grade steam.
