Abstract: The utility model discloses a high hydrogeneous raw helium draws refined system of high purity helium, including raw material supply unit, dehydrogenation catalysis unit etc, raw helium feed gas feeding mechanism, oxygen supply device and recycle compressor all link to each other with dehydrogenation catalyst furnace entry, the dehydrogenation catalyst furnace loops through the cooler, deareator links to each other with the desicator, the regeneration gas heater is passed through in the first export of desicator, the desicator, the regeneration gas cooler, regeneration gas separator be connected with the recycle compressor, the second export of desicator links to each other with the first heat transfer passageway of main heat exchanger through gas transmission pipeline, first heat transfer passageway is connected with the nitrogen separator again, the nitrogen separator is provided with gas exports and liquid phase export, gas exports links to each other with the adsorber, the adsorber passes through third heat transfer passageway and is connected with pure helium gas collection device, feed gas recovery outlet on the flash tank passes through second heat transfer passageway and retrieves the compressor to link to each other, it links to each other with the dehydrogenation catalyst furnace to retrieve the compressor, when. Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to adapt the titled method to SO3-monitoring and the corrosion counter-measure of a gas heater in a plant, by measuring the optical transparency of exhaust gas in such a region that the temp. of exhaust gas is 100 deg.C or less while converting the measured value into an SO3-concn. CONSTITUTION:The gas containing fly ash, SO2, SO2 or SO3 generated in a boiler 1 enters an electric dust collector 3 at about 100-200 deg.C while cooled by an air preheater 2 to remove dust therein while the dust removed gas is cooled to about 100 deg.C or less by a gas-gas heater 4 and humidified and cooled to a saturation temp. by the cooling tower 5 of a desulfurization apparatus. In the next step, the treated gas is supplied to the absorbing tower 6 of the desulfurization apparatus to absorb SO2 therein and the clean gas is exhausted from a chimney 7 while again heated by the gas-gas heater 4. Apparatuses each for measuring the transparency of exhaust gas are provided to the (a)-part between the gas-gas heater 4 and the cooling tower 5, the (b)-part between the cooling tower 5 and the absorbing tower 6 and the (c)-part between the absorbing tower 6 and the gas-gas heater 4 and the optical transparency of the exhaust gas is measured to detect the SO3-concn. in the exhaust gas.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for assembling and disassembling a burner of a gas heater. The device comprises: a base supporting member which has a ring part connected to a crane; a connecting and supporting member which is connected to the base support member; a horizontal supporting member which is connected to the connecting and supporting member and is inserted into a burner of a gas heater; and a pressing and fixing member which is installed on the horizontal supporting member and has top and bottom surfaces stuck to the inner surface of the inner vessel of the burner inside of the burner. The device improves safety during a work and reduces work time by simplifying the assembling and disassembling work of the burner of the gas heater which is a hollow weight body.

The problem of current gas heater hanging stove is in the sometimes hot and sometimes cold or too high unable bathing of temperature of temperature in summer is solved. Improve the thermal efficiency under the minimum load more than 2% in addition, satisfy the requirement of 2015 new efficiencies standard.
