TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an isolating air curtain structure of a leak-free sealing system of a rotary gas-gas heater, in particular to the improvement of a sealing device of the rotary Gas-Gas heater.
Abstract: The invention relates to an isolating air curtain structure of a leak-free sealing system of a rotary gas-gas heater, in particular to the improvement of a sealing device of the rotary gas-gas heater The isolating air curtain structure of the leak-free sealing system of the rotary gas-gas heater comprises a rotor (1), a shell (2), a sealing system and a transmission device, wherein two pairs of fan-shaped sealing plates (3) of the shell (2) are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotor; and long holes (4) are formed in the upper and lower pairs of fan-shaped sealing plates (3) of the sealing system, and isolating air pipelines are arranged on the upper and lower pairs of fan-shaped sealing plates (3) of the sealing system and connected with a low-leakage fan The isolating air curtain structure of the leak-free sealing system of the rotary gas-gas heater has the advantages of good sealing effect and low air leakage rate

TL;DR: In this paper, a compressed air thermal regeneration device is used to convert the thermal energy retained by a turbo charger to electric energy by a sterling engine and is regenerated by a gas heater.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize an inter-cooler as well as saving energy by constituting a compressed air thermal regeneration device so that thermal energy retained by compressed air temperature of which is raised by a turbo charger is converted to an electric energy by a sterling engine and is regenerated. CONSTITUTION:When an internal combustion engine 10 starts and rotational speed of the engine 10 is heightened, rotational speed of an exhaust turbine 11b of a turbo charger rises. When pressure of a discharge pipe 13 of a compressor 11a reaches specific pressure P1, a controller 40 actuates solenoids 38 and 39 by outputs of a pressure sensor 18 and a rotation sensor 19 and switches over directional control valves 36 and 37. Consequently, hot compressed air enters a recollection pipe 21, heats working gas in a gas heater 23 and drives a sterling engine 22, and suction air through the gas heater 23 under the state where a generator 33 is driven is cooled down in an inter-cooler 12 and supplied to the internal combustion engine 10 through a suction air pipe 14 and a suction air manifold 16.

TL;DR: In this paper, a spray dryer, a dust collector and an absorbing tower in series are used to recover a byproduct with low water content while dispensing with waste water treating equipment.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To recover a byproduct with low water content while dispensing with waste water treating equipment, by providing a spray dryer, a dust collector and an absorbing tower in series. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas after passing a gas/gas heater 1 is guided to a spray dryer 2 and cooled while contacted with liquid containing Na2SO3 sent from an absorbent concn. regulating tank 4 through a conduit 9. Na2SO3 is brought to a solid component by water evaporation and taken out of a byproduct take-out pipe 10. The cooled exhaust gas is passed through a dust collector 3 to further collect the solid component and thereafter guided to an absorbing tower 4. An absorbing liquid of which the concn. is regulated in the absorbent concn. regulating tank 7 provided with an absorbent supply pipe 11 of NaOH and a replenishing water supply pipe 12 is supplied to the adsorbing tower 4 through the conduit 9 and a branched pipe 13 to absorb and remove SO2 in the exhaust gas while the purified exhaust gas is exhausted through a gas heater 1. The recirculated absorbing liquid of the absorbing tower 4 is sent to the regulating tank 7 and sent to the spray dryer 2 from the conduit 9 to be taken out as the solid component from a byproduct take-out pipeline 10.

TL;DR: In this paper, a chimney flue gas exhaust device adopting a desulfurizing method, and particularly relating to an FGD exhaust device without a GGH (gas-gas heater), was proposed.
Abstract: The invention relates to a chimney flue gas exhaust device adopting a desulfurizing method, and particularly relates to an FGD (flue gas desulfurization) exhaust device without a GGH (gas-gas heater). The FGD exhaust device comprises flue gas guide pipes, a fuel gas collecting casing and an annular platform with a deflector hole; at least one flue gas guide pipe is communicated with the upper section of the fuel gas collecting casing; the annular platform is sleeved at the upper part of the fuel gas guide pipe; and the semidiameter of the annular platform is equal to that of an inscribed circle at the lower part of the fuel gas collecting casing. The invention also provides a self-supporting chimney, a multi-section supporting telescopic chimney, a self-supporting telescopic chimney or a tower self-supporting chimney for the fuel gas exhaust device. The invention has the obvious advantages that the shortcoming that the original chimneys of various kinds are corroded repeatedly is thoroughly solved; the cost of the anti-corrosion construction is reduced; the service life of the chimney is prolonged; the secondary pollution caused by chimney rain is eliminated; the difficulty in maintaining the chimney is greatly reduced; the maintenance cost is obviously decreased; the economic benefits of an electric power plant is improved; the structure is simple; and the implementation is easy.
