Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the gas separation capacity and gas purity, by exchanging the heat of a regenerated gas with waste gas using a heater provided in the course of a regenerated gas conduit and completing the regeneration of adsorption columns of a gas separator. CONSTITUTION:A raw material methanol 1 and pure water 2 are heated in a preheater 3 and fed to a reactor 7. A heating medium heated in a heating furnace 16 is fed to the reactor 7 to heat a catalyst layer in the reactor 7. The methanol 1, etc., are passed through the catalyst layer and decomposed. The resultant decomposed gas 11 is fed to a separation unit 13 to separate hydrogen and/or carbon monoxide. In the process, a purified hydrogen conduit 14 for purified hydrogen discharged from the adsorption column 22 in the pressurized adsorption step is connected to the adsorption column 22 in the decompressed desorption step with a regenerated gas conduit 27 to carry out the heat exchange of the waste gas from the heating furnace 16 with the regenerated gas in a regenerated gas heater 25.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal decomposition treatment equipment that reduces consumption energy, and also reduces both running cost and installation cost using a fan with smaller power capacity and that is capable of circulating high temperature air to be supplied to thermal decomposition gasification equipment, and to provide a thermal decomposition treatment method. SOLUTION: The thermal decomposition treatment equipment is provided with a thermal decomposition device 1 to thermally decompose thrown wastes by indirectly heating by means of a high temperature gas, a high temperature gas heater 3 to circularly supply a high temperature gas to the thermal decomposition device 1 through a circulation fan 2 and a thermal decomposition gas combustion furnace 4 to burn the thermal decomposition gas generated from the heated wastes and to impart heat energy generated from the burnt thermal decomposition gas to the high temperature gas heater 3. A water or water vapor introduction mechanism is installed to the way of the circulation passage formed between the high temperature heater 3 and the thermal decomposition device 1. Abstract: The utility model discloses a real-time esterification and carbonylation reaction on-line analysis system for ethylene glycol production industry through synthesis gas. The system comprises an esterification tower and a carbonylation reactor, wherein the tower top outlet of the esterification tower is connected to the tower bottom inlet of the carbonylation reactor through a reaction gas pipeline; a process gas outlet pipeline is connected to the tower top outlet of the esterification tower and the tower top outlet of the carbonylation reactor; a sampling analysis pipe branch connected with an infrared spectrometric analyzer is arranged on the reaction gas pipeline; a gas pretreatment device is arranged on the sampling analysis pipe branch; a gas heater is arranged on the sampling analysis pipe branch between the gas pretreatment device and the infrared spectrometric analyzer. Recycle gas on the esterification and carbonylation sections is quantitatively analyzed on line by utilizing the infrared adsorption spectrum, the hysteresis quality of manual sampling and chromatographic analysis is solved, and the system has a good effect of guiding the normal production adjustment. The safe and stable production of the device is promoted, and manpower and time can be saved.
