And the diluent gas gets into the transmission line through the aperture that distributes on the transmission line, and the messenger dilutes more evenly.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for recycling high-order heat of reaction gas of a methanol-to-propylene device. According to the method, the problems that the quantity of equipment as well as the energy consumption are relatively high in the prior art are mainly solved. According to the technical scheme, high-temperature methanol-to-propylene mixed reaction gas at an exit of a methanol-to-propylene reactor enters a methanol-to-propylene mixed reaction gas flue (1) and is subjected to gradual heat exchange with a DME reactor exit reaction gas heater (10), an ultrahigh-pressure steam generator (3), a first methanol vaporizer (2) and a second methanol vaporizer (6) which are sequentially arranged in the flue (1) to recover heat, and the low-temperature methanol-to-propylene mixed reaction gas is discharged out of the flue (1) after the heat exchange, so that the problems are well solved. The method can be applied to the methanol-to-propylene device.

Abstract: A cold spray device is provided to shorten a process and to improve productivity by coating a wide area at high speed through one coating process by installing plural nozzles in one device. A cold spray device(100) is composed of a gas storing unit(10); a gas control unit(20) controlling the supply amount of gas fed from the gas storing unit; a gas heater(30) heating the gas fed from the gas storing unit; plural powder feeders(40) supplying coating powder by receiving the gas supplied from the gas storing unit; a single powder preheater(50) preheating the coating powder fed from each powder feeder; plural mixing chambers(60) mixing the coating powder preheated by the powder preheater and gas heated during passing by the gas heater; a main control unit(70) regulating the distribution of gas and the delivery of coating powder and controlling the powder preheating temperature and gas heating temperature; and plural spray nozzles(80) spraying the coating powder mixed in each mixing chamber, to a base material. The gas heater comprises a housing; plural screw-type gas lines installed in the housing and connected to the gas control unit and each mixing chamber; and a heating unit installed in the housing to perform resistance heating.
